Additional Information

Join me for a flexible private tour in a spacious, contemporary car (Ford S-Max) as we explore Budapest! As a licensed driver-guide with a background in art history, I’m excited to share this city with you. We can begin anywhere, anytime that works for you. Our journey will take us through the Jewish district, to the national landmark of Heroe’s Square, a stroll around Vajdahunyad Castle and Széchenyi Bath in City Park. Additionally, we’ll pass the Opera House, the Saint Stephen’s Cathedral and the grand Parliament building during our walk in the Innercity.
Our tour won’t be complete without visiting the Castle District of Buda, where we’ll check out the Royal Palace, admire the Matthias Church and delight in the scenic views from the Fishermen’s Bastion. We can also appreciate breathtaking views from Gellért Hill. Based on your interests, we can add more stops like the Innercity Church, the distinctive Rock Church, or the Memento Park with its former communist statues, among other things.

Great Day Touring in Budapest - Gergely was the operator and was very informed about Budapest. He provided an excellent tour for us including shop stops, lunch stop, etc. He helped secure advance tickets for us to museums. Great experience. We would ask for him again.
