A must-have tour for anyone visting Budapest - Gábor is a fantastic tour guide and an essential part of any tourist's introduction when it comes to the beautiful places and rich history of Budapest! He spoke excellent English and took great care of us with his relaxed and friendly manner. Paired with humor and knowledge, Gábor made the 3-4 hours fly by. He showed us many of the best spots to visit in Budapest, including some places we probably wouldn't have gone had it not been for him, like Hősök tere (Heroes' Square) and Rétesház (Strudel House with the best strudel in all of Budapest). The tour was one of the highlights of our trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We would recommend Gábor to anyone who plans on visiting Budapest.

Like a local friend showing you his town - Gabor was amazing. He was flexible in acquiescing to our time schedule and was prompt in responding. As someone who was born and raised in Budapest, he shared lots of interesting information about the city which I can imagine is only privy to locals. He is also very well read and this is demonstrated in his stories. Gabor is kind and accommodating. It’s just like having a local friend showing you the town he loves. I highly recommend

Best tour ever - Gabor is an amazing tour guide. We wanted a locally connected tour guide and he was certainly that! He was easy going, relaxed, a thorough historian who spoke excellent English. We walked and talked around for more than 3 very interesting & entertaining hours exploring Budapest visiting: * Heroes Square (Hősök tere), * the Museum & Library of Hungarian Agriculture (Magyar Mezőgazdasági Múzeum és Könyvtár) * Magyar Mezőgazdasági Múzeum és Könyvtár * St. Stephen’s Basilica * Buda Castle Precinct * Reteshav, Strudel House….first & best strudel in Budapest At the end of our tour, we were reluctant to leave him to go on our next walking food tour and invited him to come along with us 🥹 but he kindly refused. Even after our tour, he was helping us with reccomendations via texts for dinner venues, which were excellent choices. Give Gabor a call, he will tailor a bespoke and personalised Budapest your for you that won’t cost the earth. You won’t be dissapointed!
