A great local food tour with a knowledgeable guide, off the tourist track! - Angie was just great! She really took her time with our family and had wonderful places for us to visit that were not the typical touristy places. She gave us great insight into the food and culture of Budapest. We all would highly recommend her. It was a pleasure to meet you, thank you!

Great food and great coversation with Krisztian! - Krisztian was an excellent guide! We tasted a variety of different foods, including Hungarian Goulash, little dumplings, and the digestive, Unicom, and truly enjoyed walking through Budapest with a local on a Saturday night who could show us all the great places to eat, and was also knowledgeable about the history that made Budapest what it is today. He was friendly and entertaining, and made it a fabulous night for a couple of 70 somethings. Thanks, Krisztian!

Goulash takes Budapest - Enjoyed the local cuisine. Very tasty. It was nice having a local take us around. It was a true experience. Loved the goulash.

Must Do! - This food tour was amazing! Balazs was a great host that expertly wove together a walking tour of the city with local food stops that gave us a solid understanding of the history and culture of Budapest. A highly recommended adventure!!

A fun food tour! - Balazs was a charming and knowledgeable host. We ate some amazing local foods and he shared on Budapest’s history and culture. Many food tours have meeting locations and limited starting times but with this tour your guide will meet you at the time and location that is convenient for you. I thought that was great. Balazs, thank you for introducing us to Budapest! We love your city!

Great Food, Great Guide - We paired this tour with a general sightseeing tour to get a good feel for what Budapest has to offer in one day. Our guide was Krisztian who was extremely flexible with meeting us in a new location due to our first tour running a bit long. The food was amazing. We focused on trying Hungarian dishes which, of course, was a major reason for the trip. I'd give this tour 4.5 stars if the system allowed it. The purpose for not giving this a full five star review is that I walked away wishing we had the opportunity to have more dishes or more restaurants on the agenda. That said, the conversation we had with Krisztian about Hungarian history and culture was fantastic and perfectly complemented our morning tour.
