Excellent experience with Valentin. - Surprisingly simple and easy. Our flight landed. We walked through immigration and customs to the terminal exit. We were greeted by Valentin, who was holding an iPad with our name. He politely helped with our luggage and guided us to a Mercedes van and carefully delivered us to our hotel. It was an excellent experience.

Airport transfer - Our luggage did not arrive with us and our driver was so nice to wait while we figured out how to make arrangements for the luggage to be brought to us later.
