So beautiful! - Budapest at night is 10 times more beautiful than day time. The evening cruise is a must do. We were there 40 min before departure and we were able to get a seat on the upper desk. It was completely full. But we were able to get plenty of pictures. We followed the audio guide so we knew what to look for and the history. The only setback was that someone was smoking in the boat and my son was allergic to the cigarettes.

Budapest at Night - The scenery was breath taking, albeit the boat was full. Getting to the dock early helps as you do have to lineup.

Amazing cruise - We booked the sightseeing cruise at 19:40. It was still daytime so we didn’t see all the monuments lit up however it was sunset and the views were spectacular. Whole boat ride was amazing, staff was awesome, drinks were great and everyone had fun. At the end they played “Time to say goodbye “ by Andrea Bocelli and Sarah Brightman and it was magical and perfect end of a cruise. Would recommend to everyone.

Good boat cruise - The views were amazing but arrive at the boat 30 minutes early so you can get a good seat. Very nice tour

Minimum service! - Of course the first part is beautiful, when you pass the illuminated monuments, but then you wait for the end... We were not treated to the announced cocktail or audio guide. To choose’, prefer a boat without a roof, you will not have the amounts in your photos!

Top tip sit upstairs - This is useful experience, you get to see s lot of the main attractions all lit up in the evening. Be warned though we forgot about downloading a guide so some of the lesser known buildings we didn't get to know. We thought we got good seats downstairs at the front until people decided to stand outside and then we had to do the same to see anything

Lovely lit up buildings but very crowded boat - Buildings were lovely lit up but boat too crowded and you had to start queuing at least 1/2 hr before so you could sit upstairs in the open area. Last people on had to sit in the cabin where the photo viewing not as good. Some people were given priority, not sure if they had drink package, but waited in the visitors area and then were first on boat.

Usury - Tickets are sold regardless of capacity, be prepared to stand for the entire journey. The announced audio guide also does not exist.

Poor communication and horrible customer service - Use another tour ! - I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this tour operator. My partner and I booked a tour through Viator and were given an address and time to meet. We followed the instructions precisely, arriving at the location at the advised time, only to find no signs of any boat or activity related to the tour. I sent the tour operator screenshots of the location provided, a photo of us at the location at the advised time, and another photo showing what we could see at the location, which was clearly not where we were supposed to be. Despite providing this evidence, the tour operator refused to give a refund, claiming that we misunderstood the directions and that the provided information was correct. This was not the case. The screenshots clearly show that we followed the instructions provided to us. It is evident that the tour operator did not verify the accuracy of the meeting point information. Their response to our request for a refund was dismissive and unprofessional, blaming us for their mistake. As a result, we missed the tour we were looking forward to, wasted our time, and were left frustrated by the lack of accountability and poor customer service. I highly advise others to avoid booking with this company, as they do not take responsibility for their errors and are unwilling to provide adequate customer support. This experience was extremely disappointing and I strongly urge future customers to be cautious. If you're considering a tour with this company, I recommend looking elsewhere to avoid the risk of a similarly frustrating experience.
