What a city! - We were in town for the Formula 1 race and the walking tour was our only non race activity we had planned, I am so glad I booked this tour as it was the highlight of our 10 day trip to Austria and Budapest. Our Guide, Rebecca, was knowledgeable, passionate, friendly and in my opinion one of if not the best guides I’ve had. She made sure to not only give us the basics of what we were seeing but went into details of the history of Budapest as well, her Art History background only added to my enjoyment of the tour. So many things I really enjoyed about the tour, the strudle stop was perfectly timed fo a short sit down and break for us as it was unusually hot that day. I would recommend this tour to any of my friends.

Good tour - Good tour that provided a highlight to the popular places in Budapest. Tour guide was good and provided the information. Key things to know is the bus 16 will take you down the hill from the castle and drop you off at the metro. We thought it would go to the Pest side of the river.. Your guide gives you the bus ticket and can use to get back to Pest on the metro.

Great walking tour! Highly recommend - Monika was amazing and very informative. Was very easy to talk to and patient with some other elderly “wandering” guests. The stop for coffee and strudel was great and much needed during the 34dg day we had…

Excellent small group tour with great host - With a knowledgeable, friendly and approachable guide (Greg), this small group tour was perfect for seeing the highlights of Budapest. He kept us interested and encouraged many questions about the city and the history of Hungary as a whole. The Strudel stop was a welcome break and a chance to meet the other guests on the tour properly. And the Strudels were to die for. He left us at the end of the tour with full instructions on how to return our initial meeting point using local bus and things to explore at the place he left us at ( Buda Castle). Overall a fantastic necessary tour if you want to do more than wonder about Budapest hosted by a genuinely nice man. 5 stars to the tour and Greg the host
