Buda & Pest - Very inclusive tour, we stopped at all major sites, had plenty of time for pics, coffee & sweet stop was much needed during hot day. The bus was comfortable, A/C, tour leader gave great info but not overload. She made the tour fun a fun experience.

Good overview tour - Atilla, our guide on the bus tour, was very knowledgeable and engaging. In our opinion, the boat tour is best taken on the deck outside (weather permitting )as it is very noisy indoors and difficult to hear the audio guide.

Wonderful tour of Budapest! - Our guide, Kristina, was AMAZING! She is extremely knowledgeable and very astute. She seemed to understand just where we wanted to go, and how much time to spend there. Her background information about the various sites was quite extensive. She was friendly, professional and warm. It was a most memorable experience! My wife and I had a great time in Budapest!

Nice way to see the main sights of Budapest - Really well organised trip, wish we had longer at the fisherman's Bastion as it was very crowded and not a lot of time to take photos, River Cruise was lovely although you had to walk to find it yourself but an enjoyable trip all round and value for money

Don't combine river and city tour. Try to get tour in only one language - This is a great way to see the city. Our guide was very informative and English was good but it was a combined English and German tour so EVERYTHING was said in English and repeated in German. For the river portion you were given a ticket that would work all day. We chose the evening, which was crowded, had a long line which you had to wait to get on a later boat and there was no guide.

The good and the bad - Bus tour was excellent, with a really friendly and knowledgeable guide and a comfortable and air-conditioned ride. Cruise was terrible. Rude staff, dirty boat and very short

Enjoyable evening. Good food, entertainment, and service. - The buffet was excellent. Lots of choice and all dishes were delicious. The two Hungarian dancers provided shorter performances than I thought but were very good. They came round to tables and provided opportunities for photos with them. The string trio, who were very good, also went from table to table playing requests. And the cruise was enjoyable. A lot to provide in 90 minutes. We had great difficulty finding the boat with a local taxi driver.

Nightmare experience - The tour van had dark windows and the cruise was the worst . The boat had air conditioning that did not work which was unbearably hot and dangerous for people that have asthma for one . I almost passed out near end of cruise . It was like a sauna with no air . I would not recommend Viator again
