Best Dinner in Budapest - Why go out to dinner and a show, when you can make dinner with a show? Hands down, a highlight of our time in Budapest. This is not a watch and listen type experience but rather a hands on cooking class in a wonderfully comfortable environment. Marti provides a welcoming experience in a beautiful Budapest Apartment. There were 7 of us with ample room for all to participate in all aspects of the class before sitting down to enjoy our preparation. We have participated in several cooking classes and this one ranks in the top 2. If you want to spend your hard earned money for an experience you can't duplicate elsewhere, without crowds or noise, we strongly recommend Marti's Hungarian Cooking Class by Flavors of Budapest.

A True Hungarian Cultural Delight & Feast Not to Miss! - If you're looking for a one of a kind experience to really learn about the food of Hungary, its origins, and how those two things combine to undergird Hungary's culture, then look no further than Marti's charming cooking school, Flavors of Budapest. In the span of an evening, she will invite you into her atelier and teach you how to cook the food of her mother, her grandmother, and her husband's family as well. At the end, you'll not only have the opportunity to share a great meal with some new friends (your classmates), but you'll leave Budapest with a deeper understanding of life there and a few dishes you can prepare back home to impress your friends. You'll also get to meet cool figures like Sweet Anna, Strong Steven, and Angry Steve (you'll understand what I mean after you take the class!). Egészségére!

Delicious, authentic and super fun! - What an amazing night of cooking with Marti! It was clear how talented and passionate she is about Hungarian cooking and knowledgeable about all the local ingredients. The cooking experience was very interactive and super fun. The goulash was mouth watering and the dessert (Zserbó) was utterly out of this world. I would highly recommend this wonderful and authentic Hungarian cooking experience.
