Get to know the wines of Hungary - I am so glad we did this as the first thing in Hungary. We learned so much actually useful info about Hungarian wines that we kept referring to thing we had been told throughout our stay there. Great evening and fun presentation. I am happy I chose to do this and would recommend it to anyone interested in a little more upscale tasting event.

Miki was a terrific host! - A top-notch tasting from a seasoned professional in the Hungarian wine industry! Miki taught us so much about the wine regions, the many varietals, and about fröccs - the latter of which he made for us. He really treated us to some of the best Hungarian wine that there is. Don't miss out on this experience during your stay in Budapest!

A must do in Budapest - As wine novices we felt at ease with Miki and enjoyed the journey of discovering Hungarian wines- learning about the wine regions, the wine makers, the processes and everything wine related. The wines were remarkable and the snacks were good accompaniments. We highly recommend, don't think twice about booking, it was one of the highlights of our trip. We are certainly drinking wine differently... Thank you Miki for a great time.

Great way to learn about the local wines - We booked for a party of 6 the day before as we thought it would be a good way to spend a rainy afternoon. It was a great choice as Miki was a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable host. We tried several wines and learnt a huge amount about the country. He also supplied a large plate each of cheese, salami and olives. Highly recommended!

Great evening learning about and trying out some excellent Hungarian wine - Mickey (leading the wine tasting) was incredibly knowledgeable with many stories and anecdotes about Hungarian wine and its history. The wines tasted (6 in total) were carefully chosen by Mickey to demonstrate the varied (and surprising!) wines of Hungary. Some small food was provided to accompany the wines which complemented the wines tasted. The location, although a little out from the city centre, was in a street buzzing with nightlife and the atmosphere of the wine bar in which the tasting was held was fabulous.
