• Helmets are mandatory in Buenos Aires and are provided along with a lock, lights (for overnight rentals), and a child seat if needed (for children up to 23kg/50lbs). All of these are free of charge.
• Passengers are required to leave a valid physical ID (Passport, driver’s license, etc.) as a deposit. Digital copies are not accepted. Alternatively, a deposit of USD 200 per bike can be made through PayPal. This amount will be refunded via PayPal when the bike is returned safely.
• For 24-hour rentals, bikes must be stored in a safe place overnight and not left on the street.
