  • Parque Lezama - We´ll start from one of the oldest buildings in the city, our shop! Called ¨Casa de Castagnino¨ this site was founded in the late 1700s and depicts Buenos Aires´ history.

Our first stop will be Parque Lezama, the first foundation site of the city, were we´ll talk about the birth of BA, why this city exists here, and how things changed with the immigration wave between 1880-1905.

  • Estadio Alberto J. Armando (La Bombonera) - We´ll pass to the neighborhood called ¨La Boca¨, were one of the main churches of the city is located.
By the way, do you know what BA´s main religion is?

Check out the famous Tango song called ¨Caminito¨. What do you feel Carlos Gardel is singing about?

  • Reserva Ecologica - The Ecological Reserve is our next stop.

Can you guess how this reserve was born? It´s one of those facts that feel like fiction.

Feel the freedom, nature, art and culture. Awesome Buenos Aires by bike in the fresh winter sunshine - Very excited! We had been staying in Buenos Aires for two weeks and missed so many of the details shown and explained by Raymond. La Boca, tango, unique, highly emotive street art, stunning parks, an insight to Puerto Madero & Playa del Mayo, the 'correct Mate culture' with alfajores. An awesome way to explore with quality bikes and perfect distance for the only semi fit! High recommended soon after you arrive in Buenos Aires, it will enlighten your experience there after. Thank you so much #kiwibuenosaires #bikingbuenosaires

Amazing tour thanks to Jackson! - Amazing tour thanks to Jackson! Jackson customized the tour to exactly fit what we were looking to do. From the moment we met him, he made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Jackson was deeply knowledgeable about all things Argentina. I highly recommend doing a tour with him!

Buenos Aires Architecture with Warmth and Passion - This is a terrific tour. Marcelo is passionate about the City’s architecture and all things about it. We started with a ~1900 Gustave Eiffel designed windmill factory, and Marcelo took us to gem after gem. His depth of knowledge and warm spirit are moving. There is no better way to see the City than to tour on bicycles. There are extensive bike lanes, and drivers are much more patient with cyclists than they are in my native NYC. This was the second of three tours we took with BIKING BUENOS AIRES. The guides Kerrin, Marcelo and Martin different and wonderful. It would be hard to choose among these, our wish is that we would have had a fourth day to go to with them on a Tigre bicycling and kayaking tour. Thank you BIKING BUENOS AIRES!

From Embassy to Brutalism, via the Supreme Court - If you take an interest in architecture, and like biking, this is most definitely the tour for you. Marcelo really knows his stuff, and shows an infectious enthusiasm for all the oddities of BA architecture. He has picked out some real gems, not all the most obvious items, and he has a depth of knowledge and a thoughtful approach that you should enjoy. I had the top tour: a personal visit, with no other guests, on a Sunday. That would be my top recommendation. But I am sure that it would be good on other days, too. Thanks, Marcelo!

A closer look at Buenos Aires - This is a more detailed look at some of the architectural highlights of Buenos Aires. Since it is only given on Sunday, it is also an ideal day for biking around the city. Marcel is an excellent guide. He is careful in looking out for the safety of riders as well as informative when explaining the history of the city and very friendly. You will see things that you may well miss just walking around on your own or on more general sightseeing tours.

The buildings we looked at were great and the guide had lots of information about the city and its architecture. A great way to see Buenos Aires from a different perspective.</p>
