Join us in experiencing the culture of Argentina through traditional local dishes taught by a local at his own culinary school! Our kitchen doors are open for you to learn the dishes that encapsulate the spirit of Argentinean culture. Partake in this distinctive experience alongside fellow global travelers.
- Tte. Benjamín Matienzo 1559 - Discover DNA of Argentine cuisine through a whole menu from scratch in our hands-on experience.
The flight begins by tasting a welcome homemade “picada” while we learn about the history of Argentine cuisine.
Then, we roll up our sleeves and cook a four-course local menu, which includes a snack, appetizer, main course, and dessert.
During the experience, we will not only learn how to prepare traditional recipes, but also about their history and origin. Finally, following our customs, we will share everything we cooked sitting around our table, in an intimate and cozy atmosphere where you can meet travelers from all around the world, and, why not? Make new journey friends.
Local Buenos Aires recommendations and class recipes will be provided together with class pictures for your trip memories :)
