You will enjoy different cuts of premium meat selection accompanied by argentine wine.
You will learn how argentines eat Asado, grilling on the PARRILLA - the grill. With our secrets, you will also learn how to season the Choripan preparing the famous and infallible Chimichurri Sauce. While we make this introduction you will taste the most premium argentine Choripan.
You will learn the secret of fire, cooking time, textures and how to cook different terms of the meat using unique techniques. Then you will taste Morcilla (blood sausage), Molleja (sweetbreads) and Pork Matambrito and we will conclude eating a main cut of premium meat/ steak (tenderloin) with roasted vegetables.
Of course you cannot miss the tasting of the best Argentine wine.
Finally, you will taste an Argentine ‘dulce de leche’ dessert. You will enjoy it for sure!

In a dwelling that’s over a century old, under the tutelage of our host Belen and her all-female grilling squad known as “Asadoras”, you’ll be taught the art of making a genuine Argentinian ASADO/Barbecue. Take pleasure in this course held in a home that’s been passed down through three family generations. As part of your experience, you’ll be familiarized with varied meat cuts, create the classic Chimichurri Sauce, and indulge in the mouth-watering Malbec Wine.

The place where we will cook is our 100+ year old family HOUSE in Belgrano R neighbourhood. The house was built in 1918 and has been in our family for 3 generations. It’s 20 min from the city by car, it is located in a residential area. Google ‘The Asado Experience’ and book through our website.

The more authentic asado argentino - A much more authentic asado argentino than you will get by going to one of the top restaurants of Buenos Aires, and the meat is also even tastier. I loved having this experience with my family and friends -- Olivia, Panchi and Berni made it so enjoyable and informative and fun! Mil gracias por la experiencia inolvidable!

Incredibly Remarkable Experience - The ladies did a superb job of creating a memorable experience. They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Asado. If you like good people, good wine, and good vibes then this cooking & dining experience is for you.

Best asado ever! - Such a fantastic experience! Olivia, Panchi and Bernie were so warm and welcoming, they made us feel at home right away. We learned about the culture and preparation of asado in Argentina, and shared laughter, excellent food and wine. The ambiance is comfortable, in a beautiful home with a lovely garden.
This was the highlight of our trip to Buenos Aires!

Great asado and real human connection! - An incredible experience for a real and deep human connection and a GREAT ASADO, of course.
Paloma, our host, was amazing at grilling and she is a very kind woman. I learned a lot about the argentinian asado and I made new friends through this exquisit experience.

Supreme Experience!!! - Hello everyone!
We have just come out of an experience from which we left very satisfied. We like to serve people, and our passion is “generating joy in my environment”, for that reason, my wife @MarthaElenaGarcia and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Buenos Aires with a special experience: "The Asado Experience Premium", to learn the secrets of Argentine barbecues and thus serve our family and friends!!!
This experience was incredibly special because it was also attended by women, now owners of the grill, which for many years was a land colonized by men. Belén Richards, the host, surprised us with her closeness and made us feel at home. Paloma, who led the barbecue, shared with us all the secrets and tips to prepare a perfect barbecue.
The most surprising thing was that Belén welcomed us into her parents' house, making us feel like part of the family. It was an unbeatable experience! Thanks to Belén and Paloma for making our anniversary such a special moment.
This is an experience that I definitely recommend to everyone who visits Buenos Aires!

Excellent Food and Excellent Experience!! - This is by far one of the best experiences we have had in all our travels (and we travel a lot)! Everything from the grilling instruction, to the wine and beer, to (of course) the meat, was top notch! Belen is professional, knowledgeable, personable and has a staff of exceptional women following in her footsteps. We not only learned how and what to grill, but the history of the Argentinean Asado and how women now fit into this male-dominated cultural and social event! This is a MUST do experience if you are visiting Buenos Aires!

Before writing my review, I need to say that this is a MUST DO experience. As soon as I arrived, I was very welcomed by Belén, Berni, and Sofi. They were very sweet and charismatic, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. It is truly inspiring the way that the girls talk about about the history behind the asados, its culture and traditions, and what asados mean to them at a more emotional level. Everything they do is done with a lot of passion, which makes me and the other guests have a more enjoyable experience.
I also want to highlight that The Asado Experience is much more that eating a good asado. Of course the quality of the meat was excellent and its flavor was outstanding and delicious. But this experience is about naturally creating a comfortable environment and allowing people to connect at a deep, emotional level. One of my favorite parts of the experience was when each one of us had to introduce ourselves and tell our own stories. By doing this, we were all able to form a deeper, more intimate connection. People really opened themselves and it was amazing to see how complete strangers felt like friends and family.
Asados are made to create memorable stories.
In my case, The Asado Experience is the most memorable asado I’ve ever had. Thank you! 🙌🏻😁

Wonderful experience - The Asado Experience with Belén and her team (when I went she was accompanied by Sofia and Bernadita) is a fantastic experience, very enjoyable and highly recommended.
Not only is it enjoyable to learn about the Argentine gastronomic culture and how to prepare and then taste a very good asado, matambrito, sweetbreads, chorizos and blood sausages, all accompanied by very delicious wines, but above all, Belén manages to generate the authentic atmosphere that a Asado seeks to generate, which is a meeting of friends, the kind that lasts forever.
Experiences like this are priceless.

A true taste of Argentina! - Thank you to Belen and her team for a great evening. The whole experience is great, from the food to the organisation and the location. Her team are incredibly knowledgeable, whether you know about Asado’s or not you will leave having learnt something! It’s hosted in a beautiful family home which is easy to get to from Palermo, we had a group of 9 which created for an entertaining evening. The atmosphere is perfect, you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive and the girls are attentive to your needs. Belen makes you feel at home in Argentina even after the course offering their advice, recommendations etc.
Highly recommend this experience!
