You will enjoy different cuts of premium meat selection accompanied by argentine wine.
You will learn how argentines eat Asado, grilling on the PARRILLA - the grill. With our secrets, you will also learn how to season the Choripan preparing the famous and infallible Chimichurri Sauce. While we make this introduction you will taste the most premium argentine Choripan.
You will learn the secret of fire, cooking time, textures and how to cook different terms of the meat using unique techniques. Then you will taste Morcilla (blood sausage), Molleja (sweetbreads) and Pork Matambrito and we will conclude eating a main cut of premium meat/ steak (tenderloin) with roasted vegetables.
Of course you cannot miss the tasting of the best Argentine wine.
Finally, you will taste an Argentine ‘dulce de leche’ dessert. You will enjoy it for sure!

In a dwelling that’s over a century old, under the tutelage of our host Belen and her all-female grilling squad known as “Asadoras”, you’ll be taught the art of making a genuine Argentinian ASADO/Barbecue. Take pleasure in this course held in a home that’s been passed down through three family generations. As part of your experience, you’ll be familiarized with varied meat cuts, create the classic Chimichurri Sauce, and indulge in the mouth-watering Malbec Wine.

The place where we will cook is our 100+ year old family HOUSE in Belgrano R neighbourhood. The house was built in 1918 and has been in our family for 3 generations. It’s 20 min from the city by car, it is located in a residential area. Google ‘The Asado Experience’ and book through our website.

Wonderful experience - The Asado Experience with Belén and her team (when I went she was accompanied by Sofia and Bernadita) is a fantastic experience, very enjoyable and highly recommended.
Not only is it enjoyable to learn about the Argentine gastronomic culture and how to prepare and then taste a very good asado, matambrito, sweetbreads, chorizos and blood sausages, all accompanied by very delicious wines, but above all, Belén manages to generate the authentic atmosphere that a Asado seeks to generate, which is a meeting of friends, the kind that lasts forever.
Experiences like this are priceless.

A true taste of Argentina! - Thank you to Belen and her team for a great evening. The whole experience is great, from the food to the organisation and the location. Her team are incredibly knowledgeable, whether you know about Asado’s or not you will leave having learnt something! It’s hosted in a beautiful family home which is easy to get to from Palermo, we had a group of 9 which created for an entertaining evening. The atmosphere is perfect, you feel very welcome as soon as you arrive and the girls are attentive to your needs. Belen makes you feel at home in Argentina even after the course offering their advice, recommendations etc.

One of my best cooking experiences EVER! - Where do I begin! I can't say enough about this fun event. The wine was great! The meat selection was very high quality and plentiful. The group I was with could not eat it all. We learned about Asado from selecting the meats, to starting the fire as well as the cultural roots and process for the Asado. Belen (owner) was a great communicator from the booking throughout the class and her team, Panchi, Male and Sofi were great grill masters. The time flew by. It was fun to share laughs and make new friends during The Asado Experience.

We had a great time, this is a must do when visiting Buenos Aires! - We had so much fun and left very full! We loved this experience. Not only were the hosts very friendly the food was wonderful. Plus, the wine was great and we loved learning about various cuts of meat and how to cook them.

It was a wonderful day and we got to share an Argentinian Asado. What Belén achieved with The Asado Experience embodies everything we love about this ritual in Argentina. It's a journey about sharing, enjoying, laughing, and chatting. We learned that an Asado is not just about eating, but in fact , it’s much more than that. It’s about patience, enjoying the process and gathering together. I loved meeting new people and discussing topics. It seems to me a much more interesting and fun way to get to know the culture of a country.
Experiencing firsthand what a true Asado entails is incredibly valuable, far beyond merely dining at a restaurant, sitting down at a restaurant, and leaving.
The attention was excellent, with staff being extremely attentive and responsive to all our needs, making our experience truly enjoyable. ❤️😃

Absolutely incredible. The name says it all, an experience! - I have grilled and smoked food my entire life, American style. The Asado Experience is absolutely amazing. I learned so much from the ladies that I will add to my skill set. They were so welcoming and so helpful. The food was incredible. The most important thing the ladies taught us was that an Asado is about the experience of connecting with others. We had people from Europe, Venezuela and various states from the USA end spending time with complete strangers who by the end of the experience were friends was the biggest take away from the experience. We will definitely be back on the next trip to Buenos Aires. Thank you Olivia, Lola and Berni for such a great experience. 😊

Great experience! Highly recommend! - From the moment we stepped through the gate and we were greeted by Clara and Fransisca we felt like we were old friends getting together for an asado. Such a wonderful, warm atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Fransisca explained everything so well and really showed us the true experience. The food was delicious. Unforgettable experience - Unforgettable experience!
Making and sharing barbecues is what I enjoy most in life, and what Belén achieved with The Asado Experience represents everything that makes us Argentines enjoy this ritual so much. It's about sharing, enjoying, laughing, chatting...
The barbecue itself could be said to be "the means to", although I must say, I have done many barbecues in my life and this one that Belu, Clari and Lola made, was truly spectacular.
It is an experience in which no detail is left to chance. For every moment and person there is a fact, anecdote and flavor that makes everything flow and be truly enjoyable for everyone. Including the master grillers, who clearly enjoy giving this "class" of grilling with a passion that is contagious.
Around the barbecue they manage to create a really nice and somewhat intimate atmosphere between complete strangers, which gives rise to each one spontaneously sharing something about their life and their passions, as Belén does by telling her life story and how created TAE.
It fills me with joy and a certain pride that these Asadoras are showcasing this well for foreigners, which I consider to be the best of Argentines. The barbecue and the magical connection that is generated around it.

A Heartfelt Gathering - Attending the Asado Experience hosted by Lola, Clari, and Belen was an absolute delight from start to finish. What struck me most about the evening was the warm and inclusive atmosphere they cultivated. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was stepping into a friend's backyard for a summer barbecue. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, with string lights twinkling overhead and the sound of laughter filling the air. It was evident that there was a lot of thought and care in creating a space where guests could truly feel at home. One of the things that made the experience so special was the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. Whether they were seasoned travelers or locals, everyone seemed to share a common bond – a love for good food and meaningful conversation. It was inspiring to see strangers come together and form genuine connections over shared experiences and stories.
Throughout the evening, the hostesses went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcome and included. They took the time to chat with each guest, sharing stories about their journey and their passion for bringing people together through food. While the food itself was undeniably delicious – with each bite a testament to the skill and expertise of the "asadoras"– it was the sense of community and camaraderie that truly made the Asado Experience unforgettable.

Best barbecue in town! - An absolutely incredible experience! I have never felt more at ease or so well represented by my people. I would recommend this place again and again. The food exceeded all expectations; It was not only of good quality but also excellently cooked (the team definitely knows what they are doing). The atmosphere was carefully created to encourage conversations and connections with other guests. I can say that I made new friends from all over the world. From the typical Argentinian family home to the warm hospitality of the hosts, including the incredible Belén, the heart and soul of it all, every element contributed to a 10/10 experience.
