Additional Information

Relish in a 4-hour guided exploration of the picturesque Santa Rita Vineyard, tasting a selection of exquisite wines in a resplendent garden while taking in the breathtaking panorama. Established in 1880, the Santa Rita Vineyard has secured a reputation as one of Chile’s most prestigious vineyards, with its flagship wine, 120 de Santa Rita. The primary establishment is nestled in Alto Jahuel of the Maipo Valley. There, in addition to the vineyard, the Casa Real Hotel and Andean Museum with a rich array of indigenous art can be found. The service is available with shared transportation hosting up to 7 individuals per vehicle. We encourage participants to bring their own masks, preferably reusable, although we do provide face masks to ensure safety. As a green-conscious establishment, we’d prefer to minimize the utilization of disposable masks to prevent pollution.

Great tour! - Exactly as promised. We were picked up on time by a lovely gentleman. There was only a total of 3 people on the tour and we made it to winery in good time. The wine tour itself was awesome. It would have been nice to have a little more time to explore the grounds but we made it back to our hotel within the 4 hour time allotment that was advertised.

The tour itself at the... - The tour itself at the vineyard was amazing. The tour operator was horrible. Changed the time, which was okay, but then stated there was no English speaking tour for us. He could not speak English. Would NOT use them again!!

Poor tour communication but worth the transportation cost and wine tasting fee at the end of the day - Transportation aspect was fine and on time, but the driver/guide gave little information about start and end times. Also didn’t explain why the entire group had to show up 1.5 hours before the winery tour actually started. Everyone just sat around and did nothing for 1.5 hours, no one told us whether we could walk around, grab a snack, explore the grounds etc.

They cancel without any reason - I booked this tour through a broker and the provider was MTO, I made the reservation well in advance, where they offered several wine tasting options, I selected the most complete one and my confirmation arrived, a day before, while I was in another tpur They contacted me by WhatsApp to tell me that they had run out of communication with the vineyard and that they no longer had spaces available for the activity. They offered me "options" for tours that only suited them and that did not fit my itinerary, so that they decided to cancel my activity although I asked them if there was any other option within the same vineyard, fortunately I was able to arrange a visit to the vineyard with another agency and many others had spaces available, so I do not understand the reason for their refusal to provide the service.

Don't go!!! Rip-off!! - What a complete joke! We booked a half-day tour at the scheduled time of 10:45 a.m. We were picked up at our hotel at 8:30 a.m. We knew others were going too so figured that was ok. But then we were rushed into a tour at 10:30 a.m. and very sternly told that we had to be back at the parking lot by 11:50 a.m. in order to return. What!? We should have finished up early afternoon. We didn't even get to finished the wine tasting part of the tour!! To top it off, the driver Vanessa was completely unsafe. She spent more time texting and reading her phone than she did looking at the road. Don't go!!!!

Total rip-off!! - This "tour" is a complete joke! We booked a 10:45 a.m. half-day tour, which is when we figured the tour actually begins. Haha! We were picked up at 8:30 a.m. (which was fine, we knew others would be picked up as well). We were rushed to the winery for a 10:30 a.m. tour and told we had to be back in the parking lot to return by 11:50 a.m. We didn't even get to finish the wine tasting portion of the tour!! And as an extra bonus, the driver was completely unsafe. She was texting and talking on her phone more than she was watching the road. Don't go. Awful!!

Wine trip cancelled. - We never got to take this tour. It was cancelled and we were not notified. We had to ask the provider the evening before we were scheduled to go only to find out it was cancelled. This is no way to run a business. We scheduled a tour to another vineyard last minute.
