Our Salt Spring Island terminal is conveniently located in the heart of Ganges, providing easy access to the island’s unique shops, restaurants, and galleries. The terminal entrance can be found on the ground level, between Black Sheep Books and Steffich Fine Arts. Guests boarding at Ganges are required to check in at the terminal 30 minutes prior to departure. While flights depart and arrive via the Ganges Seaplane Dock, please note that check-in at the dock is not permitted.
Upon arrival in Vancouver, you will land at our downtown terminal located in Coal Harbour. This terminal is just steps from Canada Place, the Vancouver Convention Centre, and Jack Poole Plaza – home of the Olympic flame from the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games. The terminal is part of the Vancouver Harbour Flight Centre, situated along Vancouver’s iconic seawall.

- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
