Best Transportation in DR hands down - I booked Ismael’s travel company multiple times while in the Dominican Republic and found him to be a standout compared to the usual issues with cabs and Ubers, which was deterring me from visiting DR again. My ride was ready at 3 AM for a transfer from Santiago to Puerto Plata, and similarly, it transported me back to Santiago. In Santiago before my brother’s wedding, guests faced problems with overpriced Ubers and cabs, I made a last-minute booking with Ismael for a bus to accommodate 30 people. It was a lifesaver. Ismael offered a fair price, and the bus that arrived was beautiful, ensuring our safe travel to the church, venue, and back home at 1 AM. On the last day in Santiago, our flight was delayed, and we needed transportation at the last minute. Once again, Ismael came through. In summary, Ismael runs a very professional business with excellent communication, fair prices, and top-notch service, beautifully new buses and vans. Santiago airport pick up - We arrived at the Santiago de los Caballeros airport at 2 in the morning to go to Cabarete. We contacted Ismael transfer tour one day before our arrival and as always punctual in a new van with plenty of excellent space to sleep the entire trip.
