Magical experience - We took the 6.30 pm tour since the tour included kayaking through the mangroves before entering the bioluminescent bay was reached. Since there was still some light, they provided us with a tarp to better observe the bioluminescence. It was darker on our way back through the mangroves and the water turning blue on every stroke of our oars was a sight to behold. There were lots of fireflies in the mangrove forest making it a surreal experience. Even if you aren't an experience kayaker, the guides help you. Highly recommend.

Life-time experience - We took the 6.30 pm tour since it was recommended for first-timers. The tour included kayaking to the mangroves, then kayaking through narrow passageways though the mangrove until the bioluminescent bay was reached. Since there was still some light, they provided us with a tarp to better observe the bioluminescence. It was darker on our way back through the mangroves and the water turning blue on every stroke of our oars was a sight to behold. There were lots of fireflies in the mangrove forest making it a surreal experience. Since it was our first kayaking experience, we had a hard time initially following the other kayaks of our group. I earnestly thank the guides for going out of their way to help us reach the bay and get back on our way.

Magical - I did this tour on my own, but I was paired with our guide, Jesus. The kayaking in general and through the mangroves was really fun, but the bio bay? Oh my goodness. You have to see it in person. I felt like I was in a movie. Being there at sunset made it even more stunning (check out those pictures)! Jesus, Chris, William, and the other guides made it a really welcoming and enjoyable experience. 10/10 I would love to go back. Only comment is to know that whatever bottoms you’re wearing in the kayak will get soaked, which I should’ve known.

A Bioluminescent Blast! - We were a little apprehensive at first, when we saw the open water and felt the winds but once we got going it was fine. Jesus was an excellent guide and very informative. He explained the bioluminescence and talked about the ecosystem. Once we got to the lagoon, we waited til dark, then the magic began. The blue diamonds of bioluminescence were incredible. Splashing the water onto your legs and into your kayak or splashing your paddle sent ripples of blue across everything. We even saw a fish splashing around making the bio splashes. It continued into the canal as we made our exit from the lagoon. Overall, Jesus and his team of guides were awesome and made sure everyone was safe and having a great experience. So glad we decided to experience the bioluminescence in Fajardo. 5 Stars!

Magical evening - Great tour. Super fun, helpful, and knowledgeable guides. I’ve done this twice before with other companies and I learned more this time than on the other trips. We did the sunset tour which made the mangroves on the way in and out really cool to see, but the bioluminescence harder to see, just for reference when choosing a time.

Once in a lifetime experience! - The guides were very considerate to my husband and I who are both seniors and a bit clumsy. Poor viewing due to the full moon. Still a fun and interesting experience.

Disappointing - The kayak trip to the bio bay was quite disappointing . The actual paddling was a bit slow since you have to paddle in a line with all of the members. And, there were other groups following the same passage. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The bioluminescent experience was quite lame. It's certainly not like anything that was advertised in print or pictures. When we arrived at the pond area the guides provided a tarp which was shared by multiple kayaks. Each person was instructed to pulled the tarp completely over them so no light could come in. You then ran your hands through the water in hopes of seeing the bioluminescence water. Some white particles could be seen for a split second before they disappeared. It was hot under the tarp and not what we expected. I removed the tarp from over my head within a minute. The excursion should be advertised as simply a guided Kayak trip. Definitely not worth the $300+ dollars. My kids had a real bioluminescent experience along the panhandle of Florida. They went swimming in the Gulf of Mexico one night and to their surprise the water glowed blue when they swam in the water. I definitely would not recommend this particular location in PR.

Ok-ok - There were four instructors who rushed us through and it was really dark: we have a 7 years old kid who wasn't certain of what's going on. It was very new for the parents so can't really reassure much. There were too many kayaks around that we felt stressed out to stay in line rather than enjoy the experience and to explore the nature including biolumientent water.

Avoid at all costs!!!! - The address given for meeting place was incorrect. So I had to waste time and find it myself on Google. The time given on the ticket to be there was incorrect. We showed up on the exact time on the dot despite the setback. Then they said we were 30min late and refused to refund us. So basically they stole $150 from my family and wasted our time.
