Additional Information

We embark on the journey of crafting a traditional Sardinian delicacy known as Culurgiones, a type of stuffed handmade pasta. The process of pasta making is simple, but perfecting the closure of a culurgiones is a whole new challenge! We commence by preparing pasta and cooking vegetables, then it turns intriguing as you learn to master the Ogliastra ‘culurgiones’ stitch - an amazing technique of skillfully sealing the fresh pasta with its filling inside, all by hands. Once done, we set the table together, pour a glass of red wine, and gear up for an authentic Sardinian lunch, which includes a savory serving of bread and cheese along with the red wine. This event isn’t just a cooking class - it transitions into a convivial gathering where everyone feels at home, and we absolutely love it!

An experience to remember - My wife and I went to do the workshop with Damiano and Mateo and it was an experience we will always remember. The first point, the very personalized attention and in a relaxed and relaxed environment that allows you to talk and talk with others. Although that was not our main goal, after living it we have to recognize that it was a great plus for the experience. Second, you’ll eat Top-rated culorgions and know how to prepare it at home to invite friends, family, or even spend an afternoon with your partner cooking. An authentic, tasty taste that still makes my mouth water when I remember it. Third, you'll know forever how to make homemade pasta. Look, nothing to do with the one we bought at the supermarket. Even if we didn’t make other types of pasta, because it wasn’t the activity, we made pasta that later you can turn into other types like spaghetti, gutters, etc. with a little imagination you can enter that world already knowing the bases. The time is about 3 1/2 hours of workshop, we enter at 11 and leave at 2:15/30. We ate there what we had cooked and also share a typical snack of the area. If you are from Spain it will taste similar, but they put a Sardinian accent that hears, not bad!! In short, if you want to have a good time and learn how to cook pasta recommended! By the way, Just ten minutes away is the Intense ice cream parlor or if you don’t want to walk too much the Petar Pan. if you like desserts, the whole group went later to the Intense ice cream parlor, for me and the group, the best ice cream we have ever eaten. My choice candy ice cream, pistachio with white chocolate base. Spectacular!

10/10, would totally do it again! - We had an amazing time, and it was the highlight of our trip to Cagliari! Damiano has such a gentle spirit and humor, making him a great teacher. We might not be great, or even good, at making culurgiones but we loved every second of learning and just hanging out with Damiano and the other couple that was with us.
