Explore the historic landmarks of the Pyramids of Giza, The Sphinx, the Saqqara Pyramid, and Memphis, the former capital of erstwhile Egypt. Detailed Overview: Our journey kicks off at 8:30 in the morning at the hotel where we’ll meet and be accompanied by a tourist guide. In an air-conditioned vehicle, we’ll proceed to visit the Pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, followed by trips to Saqqara and Memphis, once the heart of ancient Egypt. As these are among the most stunning Egyptian structures, the guide will shed light on their rich histories. The Giza Pyramids, named among the seven wonders of the world, stand as a testament to the grandeur of the old Egyptian civilization, with The Sphinx (Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus). We then move on to tour the Saqqara monuments, home to The Step Pyramid, deemed the first-ever structure of its kind in ancient Egypt, dating back to the time of the third dynasty. Finally, we’ll visit the Memphis Museum before returning to the hotel.
