Great tour with great people - We really enjoyed the tour thru these important places in Cairo. A must visit in my opinion. The tour guide Mimo did a really good job and helped us with some other stuff in Cairo as well as the driver who took us to the tour. I can highly recommend this tour and the guys who run it.

Ayman is the best! - Amazing with Ayman Gabry! A personalized experience with a 16 hour layover in Cairo. A 10 out of 10!

Sherif gave us everything we expected and more! Outstanding experience and really enjoyed his knowledge of Cairo! - This was a terrific experience! Our guide was very thoughtful and took his time in the Museum of Civilization explaining each exhibit in detail! We enjoyed our stops to the papyrus factory and the essence factory. We never felt rushed and the day ended with a sunset boat trip on the Nile right next to our hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in spending a full day in Cairo!

Truly the BEST tour company in Cairo - The communication with this company is phenomenal from start to finish. We were blessed with an extremely knowledgeable and personable guide, Zenab. Being a private tour, we were able to set our own agenda and chose a day at the Pyramids, the Cairo Museum and a Felucca ride on the Nile. At the pyamids, Zenab took lots of photos for us so we could be in them together. The camel ride was as long as we wanted and no haggling with the drivers. After a wonderful included lunch at a nice restaurant, we had a private felucca all to ourselves and enjoyed a short sail. Our captain's English was limited but his smiles abundant and entertaining. Working our way through the Cairo Museum, Zenab was a wealth of information on the history and culture. I had been to the museum over 30 years ago and was a bit disappointed to see the state it was in. I suspect it was because many of the pieces had already been moved to the new museum scheduled to open later this year. Zenab gave us an option with absolutely no pressure, to visit a Papyrus exhibit and and Essential Oils shop. We opted to do it and were not impressed with our visit to the oil shop but really enjoyed the papyrus demonstration. We had also booked this company for transportation and touring in Alexandria before boarding our cruise ship in the port. The cruise had to make a change of port to Crete which required us to cancel that part of the tour the day before. Since we needed transportation to the airport and also wanted to take in the Sound and Light Show at the pyramids, Ashraf was gracious enough to make those changes which was about the same cost as the tour booked. Like I said, their communication with us through Whatsap was immediate and never left us guessing. Really, nothing could have been better for us than finding this company. Cairo can be very intimidating and they made everything so easy for us.

The perfect day in Cairo - Cairo is a fascinating City filled with incredible history, wonderful sites, and friendly people. Visiting Egypt was a dream for us and we were so excited to make it a reality. After reading the wonderful reviews of Pyramids Land Tours, I was excited to work with them on a full-day private tour. I emailed them a few weeks before my trip and outlined what I hoped to see and do. They were very responsive and created a suggested itinerary. Plus, it was very well priced. Our day was spectacular thanks to our wonderful guide Zenab. She was friendly, punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and offered up great suggestions throughout the entire day. We were even able to add in a few extra stops which we appreciated. Our day consisted of visits to the pyramids and Sphinx, camel rides, tours to artisans, a big lunch, the Coptic church, boat ride down the Nile, and visit to the historic market. It was a long day, but filled with so many great memories and photos. The day was perfect thanks to Zenab, our driver and the wonderful people of Egypt. Egypt is open! Go explore Cairo (& beyond).

Amazing private guided tour trip - It was an amazing first day in Caïro, thanks to our guide Mimo! We really recommend booking a private tour, so that you can do everything at your own pace & can have all your questions answered (if you have any left because the guide tells you already ANYTHING you want/need to know). Mimo was super chill & also an amazing photographer with a lot of patience (it was needed for me haha). They took care of the transport the whole day. We went to the pyramids & sphinx, camel riding, different workshops, had a good lunch, went to the Egyptian museum & topped it of with the Khan El Khalili market / bazaar for some souvenirs. Overall, it was an amazing day en we would definitely recommend this trip (& Mimo !!)

Must do and enough for Cairo - Eight Hours tour in AC Taxi with four passengers where driver is also an English Guide is best Value for Money to do in Cairo. We did same. Also start early because Pyramids n Museum Closes at 5 PM. So Start with Giza Complex spend 2 hours der. Go to Museum another 2 hours. Than Mosque and citadel 2 hours more and finish with beautiful Nile Cruise for an Hour with Sunset Falucca Ride. This is what we did and was best value for Money. Our Tour guide was Ibrahim (+20 1200017221 )very helpful n with good English. We were on Free transit visa for One Day with Egypt Airline which also provided Free 4-5 star hotel with free food n breakfast. Was full Paisa Vasool tour. And Full day Taxi tour was best thing we could do to cover Cairo.. The worst part was that It took 5-6 hours total to get Transit Visa and hotel accommodation thru Egypt air .. But since it was free we had no choice but to stick with these guys.. But over all Best combination

For some reason Viator booked this... -
For some reason Viator booked this tour with another agent in Cairo besides the one we had for all our other tours. When we discovered this we phoned Viator long distance from Cairo. They said there was nothing that could be done and we would forfeit our fee if we cancelled then. We decided to go ahead.
They arrived at our hotel on time and in a clean vehicle. I hate to speak ill of a tour operator but I feel others should know what they are getting into. The company was Pyramid Tours if I recall correctly. The guide spoke limited English and was very young. It appeared that his pitch was rehearsed and not easy to understand. When we asked questions which I admit we do a lot he wasn't able to respond cogently. It became tedious enough that we cut the tour short before lunch after seeing only two venues. We went back to our hotel, had a nice lunch and set out on our own walking tour of Zamalek.
I relaize the guide certainly did his best and tried very hard. He was a nice guy but the tour operator should have known his limitations. It was not an inexpensive tour by any means.
I suggest you investigate who the local operator is when you first book as Viator uses multiple agents in each market.
Over all disappointing but if you are going to have a problem in traveling, it was a pretty minor problem in an overall great trip.
