Excellent Museum Tour - We had an excellent tour today with Mario, to the Grand Egyptian Museum. He and the driver picked us up at the hotel as requested and safely navigated us to the museum. Mario expertly guided us through the open sections of the museum, helping us better appreciate what we were seeing. So glad we decided to book with him, rather than see it on our own. He was very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to spend the day with. We highly recommend his services, as well as our driver. The streets of Cairo can be a challenge to drive in but we felt perfectly safe in their capable hands. A wonderful experience today!

Exceptional service with a smile - Hoda met us with a big smile and was right on time. The driver and Hoda were the best team. She was fun and knowledgeable. Made our visit a joy. The driver as well, even stopped and bought us water. I would definitely request Hoda again!

Tour of National Museum of Egyptian Civilization - Mario Nagy is a very knowledgeable tour guide! I thoroughly enjoyed my private tour with him, coordinated by Isaac with Twitter Egypt Travel. He made viewing the antiquities much more meaningful than if I had just read the descriptions. I highly recommend him for your adventures in Egypt!

Highly recommend! - Mario was a fantastic guide! He was very knowledgeable and delivered information in a very fun and engaging way. Very capable addressing a variety of questions about both ancient and modern Egypt, and even helped us navigate being late to our museum time.

Trip to Cairo - Paul was our driver and Hoda our guide. To say the traffic on Cairo is crazy would be an understatement but Paul navigated us round the city with ease and kept us safe, an ace car handler/driver. Hoda was very amenable and knowledgeable with perfect English. She made sure we got to do what we wanted to do and made it seamless. She went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of and went away with nothing but positive vibes. We will be requesting both of them for future tours/guides. Awesome experiences. 5 stars to both. And just an FYI, We totally felt safe in Cairo and never once experienced any negatives from the neighbouring countries disputes. There is a visible police presence and everyone was friendly and welcoming!

Brilliant private driver for sights around Cairo - We used Isaac at Twitter Egypt Travel to arrange a private driver to take us from our hotel in Giza to the Egyptian Museum in Cairo and back. We did not have a guide at the museum itself. Our driver, Mario, was absolutely brilliant. He picked us up on time in a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan, drove us to the museum (approx. 45-minute drive), left us there for as long as we wanted (we stayed around 2 hours and texted him when we were ready to leave) and he was there waiting for us afterwards. He then also took us on an extra little drive up to Mokattam Mountain to get great views of Cairo we otherwise would never have got. The next day we used Mario's services again to take us to Al-Azhar Park. Once again, he dropped us there at the time we wanted, left us for as long as we wanted, and was there waiting for us at the end. He then again also took us on another extra drive to see the Baron Palace (which we had never heard of and would otherwise never have seen, but it was stunning), plus also drove us around other parts of downtown Cairo, past sights such as the Cairo Tower, Tahrir Square etc. Though his role was technically only a driver, he was almost like a pseudo city guide as well. I highly recommend using Twitter Egypt Travel and dealing with Isaac. He will arrange everything for you (he also did our VIP meet & greet at the airport). And if you want a driver to take you to sights around Cairo, definitely ask for it to be Mario (NB: Isaac also has a tour guide called Mario, who we also used, and was also excellent. I will do a separate review for that. So make sure you distinguish between Mario the driver and Mario the tour guide depending on which service you want!)

Great service from very dependable people. - Issac met us at the airport and it was immediately smooth sailing. We went through all the various steps so easily. We immediately felt like he was family and someone we had know for a very long time. After just a few minutes I knew that I’d know him for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend this company and Issac. I would contact Issac to arrange all future trips and recommend him to my family and friends. Great tour, great guide, great value - We had a great time exploring the Egyptian Museum, Citadel, and Old Cairo with Nour. She was knowledgeable and efficient as she guided us through the highlights of the museum (expertly navigating the crowds) and even showed us a bunch of little easily missed treasures along the way. This was a custom trip, but I thought the flow was perfect. The Citadel visit is really a must-do for anyone interested in the history of Cairo or architecture enthusiasts, as the Muhammad Ali Mosque is simply remarkable. Nour was an exceptional guide as she helped us navigate Coptic Cairo and explore the city's Christian story. Despite having a strong background in theology, I learned a great deal about the city's intersection with Christianity and its important role in the story. Lunch was a beautiful spot along the Nile, where we were able to chat with Nour and our driver about life in Cairo and enjoy a great meal, before heading back to our hotel. In all, it was a really great experience and well worth the money. In general, I highly recommend both Nour as a guide and Twitter Egypt Travel (in general). Isaac--who arranged our tour and was our driver several times--was an absolute rockstar; whatever we needed in-country, it seemed like he had a person that could meet the need. Great experience.
