Additional Information

We’ll start by picking you up from your hotel for a tour of the mesmerizing Cairo City. Our first stop will be the captivating Egyptian Museum, home to artefacts dating back to the Pharaonic era. This museum boasts an unparalleled collection of 5000-year-old art, believed to be the most extensive and invaluable collection of Egyptian art worldwide. The staggering exhibition of over 250,000 artefacts includes gold and jewelry that found a resting place in a tomb for over 3,500 years until its discovery in the 1920s.

Following the museum, we will explore the majestic Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque nestled within the fortress of Salah El Din. Your tour includes a lunch stop at a local restaurant. After lunch, we’ll drive towards the ancient part of Cairo.

Here, we’ll visit the Hanging Church, Egypt’s oldest church dating back to the 4th century. Following this, we’ll stop by Abu Serga, or the Cavern church, a place where the holy family took refuge for three months.

Our tour ends with a visit to the Synagogue before we return you to your hotel.

Best experience!!! - amazing experience. we booked last minute but the tour was absolutely worth it. Our tour guide Mido (Abdel) was knowledgeable and a very kind man. He took very nice pictures for us. He made our trip a very memorable one. took special care and attention to our needs of water and snacks. He took us to a very nice local restaurant where we had tasty Egyptian meal. post lunch we visited the papyrus museum and the essential oil shop. we ended our trip with Khan-el-Khalili market where we bought some nice souvenirs. Our Guide Mido got us gifts which was really very sweet of him. Thank you so much Sofy tours for going beyond our expectation and making our tripa memorable one. Kindly continue this same kind of service so that more tourists visit this beautiful country.
