If you have a layover in Cairo, this... -
If you have a layover in Cairo, this is definitely worth your money! Our guide Mohamed Hassan made sure we got the best experience possible in our 10 hours. We got to see the pyramids, Giza, Sphinx, the market place, authentic Egyptian meal and a personalized essence oil experience. We also went to a paper making shop which was really interesting. Oh...and rode a camel! Mohamed was very knowledgeable and made sure we saw everything in a very short period of time. The only thing i'd change is our decision to go up inside the pyramids. It was too hot, very confining, narrow, uphill steps and the tombs are empty. There's nothing to see once you're there. If you have a bad back or weak legs, don't do it. It was hard on us to crouch on our knees, bending in the low ceiling tunnel to get to the tomb. Also, wear sunscreen and close toed shoes! All in all, a great experience!

This was a layover tour I took... -
This was a layover tour I took during my route to Dubai. Unfortunately I got from my flight and Therefore I had to requested some modifications in the tour to visit only the attractions I was interested in, which the tour guide wasn't really excited about. He seem to really only be interested in taking me to certain places, some of which I didn't want to go. My main goal for this trip was to see the Pyramids and actually touch the Pyramids but the tour guide wanted me to go to the other places and just see the Pyramids from a distance. After going back and forth about how we was going to modify the tour he finally agreed to take me to the Pyramids and cancel some of the other things that I wouldn't be able to see because I was sick so bad.
We spent about 2 hours at the Pyramids which was so exciting and emotional all at the same time. The tour guide left me alone for awhile while I took photos and made videos. The entire time I had many locals bombard me and sold things to me which was overwhelming so be prepared but I didn't mind. I spent about 50 on small gifts and tried to buy something from each of them. My tour guide wasn't happy about that and warned me not to give them money why I don't know.
After the pyramids, I really started to become even more sick and ask that I be dropped at a hotel to rest before my flight to Dubai. However the tour guide pleaded with me to do more stuff, so he took me to a local drug store for some meds and then we went to a museum where a lovely lady explained the process of making paper from a plant ashamed that I don't remember the name. She also made me ginger tea and sold me a lovely painting for 200. I really enjoyed the way she told the story, it was exciting to me.
All in all, this tour was great and it would have been even better had I saw everything. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the disagreements with the guide
