An absolute blast with the ever energetic and lively Sara - Sara was absolutely amazing. She definitely loves and is proud of Colombia and we can’t help but be proud to have been on the tour! She was a spark of joy from the get go and was extremely communicative the entire time. We did the private horseback ride and coffee tour.

An awesome Colombian experience! 10/10 - The horse back riding and trip to the coffee plantation was amazing. Our guide, Sarah, was super knowledgeable and we learnt so much, not just about coffee, but also life in Colombia and how locals live. My wife and I are confident on horses so they let us trot and canter on the trail which was a lot of fun. The ride is ~10.5km which is decent! The views on the ride are amazing. Once at the coffee plantation we met the owner and his lovely family, who served the most delicious lunch. We then tasted the coffee brewed in 4 different ways. Highly recommend this tour! Thank you Sarah!

Breathtaking scenery just outside the City - We split these two experiences into two half days and both were excellent. We were picked up and dropped off, in a comfortable SUV, promptly both days for the short 30-40min ride out of the city. Our tour guide for both trips was, Andres, who spoke excellent English and had an amazing knowledge about everything coffee - we didn't realise just how much goes into making the ideal cup of coffee or the myriad of ways to make it. Having last ridden some 35 years ago we were a little apprehensive but the horses were super calm and very suited to our somewhat lack lustre equestrian skills. The views on the ride were stunning and worth being a little saddle sore the day after. All round there's were amazing tours - thank you Andres!

Best Tour - I am not a person who usually writes reviews, unless I’m extremely satisfied or disappointed. So I will write one for this tour because I have to share how amazing it was. We were picked up and dropped off in a comfortable SUV. Andres our tour guide and Antonio the owner of the coffee farm were so great. The horses were so calm and very easy to “drive” lol The views on the ride were amazing. The food we were given was amazing. Learning about the coffee process was so great and informative and they take you through every step of the process. All around it was an amazing tour. Thank you Andres and Antonio!

Best part of our trip to Medellin - The horse back riding was like none I’ve ever done on vacation. Our horses were well trained and responded well to our movements. It wasn’t just “follow the leader”. The almost empty mountain road had great views and was very tranquil. At the end of the ride, we rode the horses down the street of a mid-sized town as school kids walked by. Have never done that before! Laura was a great guide and horsewoman too. We went to a small family farm for the coffee tasting and tour. Laura explained the different methods and processes to us. She’s a great driver, has high energy and her English is excellent. Highly recommend her.

Amazing private scenic tour - This was an amazing experience. Horse back riding was super nice, being new to riding a horse they showed me the ropes and now I feel like a cowboy. I can definitely go again. The coffee tour was incredible as well. Everyone was very welcoming. Also loved how private and exclusive it all felt. 10/10 Tour guide Estaban was also super nice and very punctual

Colombian countryside adventure - Daniel was the most amazing host! We loved taking off on the horses and becoming more comfortable with our riding skills. It had been a while but the horses were great and knew the terrain well. It was a fun and beautiful ride around the countryside and thru a tiny town. We worked up quite an appetite, and with perfect timing, Daniel brought us to the coffee plantation where our hosts had the most delicious banana leaf wrapped warm breakfast. We learned about the different, precise methods to brew our perfect cups of coffee. Then we trekked up the hill to harvest beans and bring them down to go thru the process of producing a bag of coffee. It was so much fun and we learned so much! Coffee doesn’t taste the same now! I’m glad we bought a few bags for family and friends from this private little farm. We can’t wait to visit again and Daniel knows to expect a call from us!!
