Enjoyed it all - Loved it. It’s very expensive but aside from the elephants, the private transfers, the guided information and the access … this is what you pay for. The lunch provided was delicious and plenty for everyone. Take some cash for extra things like sodas/beer if you don’t want tea/water. Also for tips or buying little things there. The time with the elephants was incredible, it’s not a short time which was appreciated. You really get to enjoy them. Floating village was great and again take small cash as you also get to head out to the open water visiting a floating bar. So you might want a drink there. We did the morning trip. The afternoon you would get to wash elephants & possibly catch a sunset at the floating village/bar. Something to consider. We had our 6 year old with us and she also enjoyed it as much as the adults. Not too much walking for her.

Go see the elephants! - This was a great way to spend the day! The elephant forest was my favorite part - we began by learning about the elephants & the sanctuary. Then we made snacks for the elephants, fed them, and went on a walk to watch them roam the sanctuary. Lunch was delicious - rice, pan fried veggies, omelette and sweet & sour chicken. Even being low season at the floating village, it was still a really unique experience! I was thankful for my tour guide, Bun, who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, offering WiFi, water, umbrella, and to take my photo during the day. I definitely recommend this tour!

Hilarious tour guide! - I would say feeding the elephants was the highlight but a close 2nd would be the guide's humour throughout the tour. I hope I remember his name correctly but Seth was hilarious. Seth is a student and I felt like I was the only one laughing at his jokes but that's ok :). Anyway, it was an awesome opportunity to get so close to the animals. Great tour!

Spectacular and informative - Amazing opportunity to engage with elephants close up. Our guide, Borey, was a fountain of knowledge, explaining the complex history of the country, culture & religions in a simplified way. Safe driving, in AC van, and they adapted the tour when it got too hot for us. Highly recommend!!

A fabulous day at the Kulen Elephant Forest and the floating houses - The tour guide, Wanna, was right on time for pickup and very kind and helpful. At the Kulen Elephant Forest, being with the elephants up close was remarkable and a Fantastic, wholesome experience. It is great to learn that these dear creatures are being properly cared for and not overworked in unsatisfactory conditions. My solo tour with Wanna then moved on to the floating houses. Just being out on the water, observing these homes some with businesses, including restaurant; a place for the boat to fill up with gas - it gave me a different perspective of 'living on the water'. What an eye-opening experience! After that, Wanna and the driver, Chai, went beyond and took me into the town to the market for a brief visit before returning me to my hotel. It was a fabulous day and a wonderful way to finish my vacation. Thank you very much, Wanna!

Great experience not so great price. Book on the official site! - The experience is great, seeing the elephants and feeding them. You make their food and follow them around. Come with your best smile cause you can get pictures with them too! The driver and guide were also very good. Now the not so great part, the price. Viator, trip advisor, etc seem to like to overcharge this excursion. I would advise you to go to the official site and make book your appointment there, as it is at least 2x cheaper.

Book directly with the sanctuary! - Utterly appalling to have been charged $260 for a trip only to find out that it costs $90 if booked directly via the sanctuary website? Feel totally ripped off! Was such a shame as I really enjoyed seeing the elephants, but when I found out I paid nearly triple the correct price I was deeply upset. The reserve is well worth a visit but don't use this company.
