Wonderful return visit to the Almalfi Coast, thanks again to Danieli! - This was our second time to work with Danieli! I can’t say enough wonderful things about him and how professional and enjoyable he is! My husband and I were recently in the Amalfi area for our 30th. We had visited in May with our daughters and had such an incredible time, and appreciated the tours and services Danieli offered, we returned just a few months later! This visit, Danieli picked us up from the airport in Naples and dropped us at our villa. He is from the area and knows EVERYONE. Everyone knows and respects him. He is a tremendous resource and loves to share about his home area with a passion. He is just so knowledgable. He drove us to Mt. Vesuvius the next day (a must) and made sure we had a nice lunch afterwards. He then drove us to Herculaneum for a wonderful private tour of the city and museum with an archeologist as our guide, that he had arranged. He later arranged for Salvatore (who we adore) to drive us into Amalfi for an amazing dinner at a restaurant in the square across from the church. Danieli is a sommelier and knows everyone. He is friends with the owner of this particular restaurant and we received VIP treatment as a result. Salvatore waited for us while we ate. We loved Ravello during our first visit and wanted to return. We had asked Danieli in advance if we could observe an olive harvest. He arranged for us to take a walking tour of a property in Ravello and we were able to learn about olives and observe a small harvest. The owners own the olive oil store, pizza restaurant, and the family owns the local ceramic store. We had such a fantastic afternoon at their pizza school. Very fun and educational. We did a bit more balsamic, olive oil, and wine tasting and headed to their store for a another bulk order to hold us for a while. The grand finale was our day in Avellino that Danieli had arranged. Such a wonderful surprise. He drove us to Avellino for an afternoon of truffle hunting! A day we won’t forget in the beautiful mountains with an expert truffle hunter and his sweet dog, Argo. We had a knowledgable guide who made the day great. Danieli collected chestnuts as we went on the truffle hunt. We celebrated the afternoon with a incredible private lunch at an exclusive restaurant. The chef prepared each dish for all of us to enjoy with the truffles we had collected. It was truly unforgettable. We were even able to bring the truffles home with us, as they had been packaged safely for travel. An amazing visit. Danieli drove us back to the Naples area to catch our flight to Greece. We were sad to say goodbye but know we will return. We will always make it a priority to stop through the Amalfi area on our travels to see Danieli and learn new things about the area! In May, we were with our two daughters. Danieli arranged for us to be driven to Amalfi from Naples. The highlights of that trip were, full day private boat excursion (Salvatore delivered us safely to our boat pick up, captain and boat were incredible, fun Blue Grotto experience, fabulous and memorable lunch on the water), Pompeii visit with an archaeologist as our guide, wine tasting and lunch in Pompeii, cooking class in Agerola, lemon tour/lemoncello class, mozzarella making class, and balsamic/olive oil tasting. All of these were just beyond memorable experiences. When we were finished with our tours and excursions, Danieli/Salvatore would happily drive us into towns for shopping, walking, etc. They are just truly wonderful! Danieli drove our family to Rome and connected us with some great people who helped us with that leg of our journey. I do NOT recommend trying to rent a car and driving along the Amalfi Coast. My husband has no issue driving in Ireland and other difficult places. However, it is just not advisable to attempt the Amalfi Coast on your own. The roads are incredibly tight and winding. There are tour buses and public transport to have to navigate around. Parking places are also almost impossible to find. Save yourself a headache and leave it to a local professional. Danieli is the best! He is like family now! You will have zero regrets. Only wonderful memories!

Wonderful Experience - Nothing but wonderful things to say about Daniele and his team. We had several rides from both Salvatore and Giampiero over the course of our stay in the Amalfi coast. All services were extremely professional. Drivers were always on time and easy to communicate with. Daniele is also very responsive and helpful! We wouldn’t have been able to have such a great trip without the help of Daniele and his team!

Absolute trip of a lifetime! Thank you Daniele!!!! - We were with Daniele for 7 amazing days in Amalfi. It was a trip of a lifetime and not possible without the assistance of Daniele and his wonderful driver, Salvatore. Daniele arranged transport for our family from Naples to Amalfi. He drove us to Pompeii and arranged for a private guide at the archeological site. Best way to go. We learned so much. Daniele then drove us to Bosco de Medici for a winery tour, wine tasting and delicious lunch. He arranged for a private boat tour of Capri for our family of four. Salvatore drove us to the Amalfi harbor and waited until we were safely on our boat. The skipper, Andrea, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and we felt very safe. He found the perfect swimming location, assisted us at the Blue Grotto, and provided THE best lunch recommendation. Wonderful day. Daniele drove us to an amazing cooking class in Agerola. Our personal chef taught us how to prepare pastas, as well as the remainder of our meal and dessert. The chef provided us with a wine tasting and a tour of his gardens. We had a great time. Daniele drove us to Ravello for a private mozzarella class with Biagio who is the sweetest human. We learned so much about his family business and the history of the area. Biagio is a doll! In Ravello, we had a private olive oil, vinegar, and wine tasting with Vincenzo. Delicious and so very interesting. Vincenzo packaged and shipped all of our purchases with such care. We were thrilled to have our UPS shipment delivered with all of our gourmet delights to remind us of our time in Ravello. Salvatore drove us to our lemon tour where we enjoyed learning to make Limoncello. Lunch at the restaurant was delicious. The view from the restaurant was stunning, sitting atop of the Amalfi Coast. We had a Path of the Gods hike scheduled but there had been quite a bit of rain in advance of our visit. We opted out of walking the path for that reason only. Salvatore spent our final day with us and was at our disposal as he drove us to Amalfi for some last-minute purchases and to visit the Paper Museum and store. He was too kind to escort us up the hill for a ride on the lift, to take in a spectacular view of the town. It's something the locals are aware of, but not tourists. He even showed us some lesser-known passageways, behind the Amalfi church and back into the town center. He was kind to wait on us while we shopped and dined in Positano. Daniele drove us from Amalfi to Rome where we finished our trip. Daniele provided contact information for us in Rome in order for us to have a private tour of Vatican City and to have a driver for general touring. Daniele knows everyone! His contacts are just as professional as he is. I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic Daniele's services were. We were blown away. He and his drivers were beyond professional. They greeted us every day with the most exuberant and genuine smiles. They are so knowledgeable about their area and eager to share their knowledge. Left to our own devices, we could have never pulled all of this off the way Daniele did. We wanted for nothing. He and Salvatore were punctual, considerate, and our car/van were immaculate each day. We fell in love with the Amalfi Coast and Daniele played a large role in that. We cried when we hugged Salvatore and Daniele goodbye. When they say you arrive as a guest, but leave as family, they are very serious! We will be back! Excited for Daniele to take us to Vesuvius for a hike and to do more wine tasting. Transportation, sites, fun, and so much more! - Daniele made the impossible happen! While taking us to Conca Dei Marini from the airport I asked him whether he can help us get to see Herculaneum and Pompeii the next day he said “give me 5 minutes please” …. and then in those 5 minutes he arranged a full amazing day for our family to see these beautiful old cities, enjoy lunch, and learn from our amazing guide Veronika about the history of what we were seeing. And this was all in the middle of top season. We did not feel rushed, ever, we were so comfortable and had so much fun. I recommend Daniele 100%!

Daniele Di Palma - best driver - Daniele is such a lovely person with the sweetest soul. He kindly drove from Conca dei marini to Positano and gave us such a warm and welcome experience. It was such a pleasure meeting Daniele. He is a type of person you would never forget. He made myself and my friend Erica feel so safe. We arrived as guests and left as friends ! Couldn’t recommend Mr Palma enough !

Fantastic!!!! - We can’t say enough wonderful things about Daniele and his Amalfi wine tours. He treats you like family! Not only does he take you to wine tours that are fabulous - he also makes sure you miss nothing of the Italian countryside and it’s beauty!! He is always happy! Amazing Drivers around Amalfi Coast - Daniele and Massimo are brilliant drivers. They picked us up on time and were always so patient with us as we took our sweet time getting out of the house! They gave us great advice and information about places to visit in the area. Their cars were also very comfortable with adequate air conditioning which is definitely needed in the scorching Italian heat! The rides with them were always so enjoyable with great conversation and music. We will definitely use their services again!!!
