Our dessert will be a typical Sicilian dessert, blancmange, a delicious milk cream with lots of cinnamon that evokes ancient flavors, the flavors of Sicilian families. Perfecto!! - Gaziella hosted a lovely evening in her cozy home. Delicious food, patient teaching and wonderful company! A fun evening that was one of our favorites during our trip to Sicily.

Amazing experience!!! - Graziella is the BEST of the best!!! She is the most precious person and amazing host. She made us all feel at home with her and not to mention the incredible view from her home! I will always remember this experience as a highlight of our trip to Italy and I would absolutely book again to experience again. If you’re thinking about it taking a class in the area, you should book with Graziella and you will be so happy you did!!!
