- Majorca - During this experience, you’ll have the chance to join me in preparing a fine dining meal inspired by Mallorca’s finest ingredients and my years of experience in Michelin-star kitchens and 5-star hotels.
We will go through the meal preparation together, giving you the opportunity to learn impressive skills to wow your family and friends at home. Once everything is ready, you’ll sit and enjoy your meal at a unique location, watching the sunset fade behind “Salinas de es Trenc,” a renowned salt producer on this beautiful island. If you’re lucky, you might even spot some flamingos!

You will be able to enjoy a four-course fine dining menu that will introduce you to Mallorca’s most famous tastes and ingredients, perfectly balanced by Chef Fabio. You’ll have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you like to enhance your kitchen skills. Everything will take place in the comfort of your rented home or villa, and you won’t have to worry about the cleanup afterward—Fabio and his team will leave everything spotless. For those of you who do not have access to a kitchen during your stay, we offer a unique location in a natural park overlooking “Salinas de Es Trenc.”
