Extreme - Fernando was great. He gave us a lot of details about all the monuments that they have. He is a very knowledgeable person. But other than that, the tour was really good. I had a lot of fun. I forgot the driver's name, but it was really good until the only thing I would recommend for improvement is tips and unexpected costs.

MUST DO! - The views really will leave you speechless. Marco was a great guide. The food was amazing! And the cenote was a nice touch to cool off. Dress comfortably and be prepared for the heat!

Adventurous and knowledgeable filled day! - We started our trip by taking a bus that picked us up at our resort, we then transferred to the center shopping center where we checked in with the tour company at the nearby Starbucks. after checking in our group got transferred to another bus. The driver Israel was very kind and Marco the tour guide reassured all the passengers the itinerary, how long it would take to go between places we were visiting and how long we had at each destination. The directions and instructions were very clear once on board the bus. When got to Tulum it’s very hot so make sure to have a reusable water bottle filled with ice water - bring portable fans or umbrellas to help with the heat. There are resting spots dotted all around Tulum so take advantage the heat is no joke! Bring pesos to get snacks and electrolytes. The cenote/restaurant experience was very spiritual tying with the Mayan culture and language. There was also feral cats running around and some chickens which was so cool! Expect no vegetarian options besides pasta, beans, and salad - no picky eaters! Also Marco translated from Spanish to English the entire trip which was much appreciated! The whole excursion started at 6:50 am and ended at 8:30 pm so expect a long day since going to Tulum is 2 hrs one way - overall highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to seek adventure!

Great food, even better views! - Marco was an amazing guide! The tour was very thorough and the locations had breathtaking views! The food at the cenote buffet was by far the best traditional Mayan cuisine we’ve ever tasted!

Cenote Nohoch is not good - A small group of 13 people, the guide was very informative about all the ruins and had good time management. It is better to bring enough water, no need to choose the plus option. Have repellent ready all the time in Tulum, Coba and the cenote. The worst thing about this tour is the cenote. The Cenote Nohoch was not well equipped and the hygiene environment of the dining area was bad. All the flies around and we were dining with the flies. They should choose a cenote with better environment and facilities.

Good. - The cenote is very beautiful, although the whole walk I felt a bit pressed for time. The Guide is friendly, but only brought us closer to the sites while on other tours the guides were seen all the time giving explanations

25% of the tour missed - Tour was great until the last part of the trip we payed for (Playa Del Carmen) was missed off and we were taken back to our hotel. Missing out on 25% of the tour we payed for. They will not refund us the amount of 25% even though the service we paid for was not delivered. Very dissatisfied and looking to take this further as it marred the experience of a good day.
