Exceptional experience - I’m a tough customer and these guys knocked it out of the park. The crew(Martin, Jessica, Angel, Omar, Miquel) attended to every need. The boat was beautiful, clean and a pleasure to be on. Jessica orchestrated a great event, Angel’s food was not only delicious but was plated beautifully. Captain Martin found great spits to anchor, and Omar kept all of us well equipped. When we extended our day, the boat was re-provisioned with the necessities 🍻🍹🍻🍹🍻🍹. Definitely the highlight of the trip and a memory maker!!

The perfect ending to our vacation!! - Wow, where do I even begin??!!! The customer service was stellar from the moment I contacted them to inquire about a possible reservation. Jessica was very responsive and provided me with all the information I needed before selecting a boat for our group of 10. Although our initial charter was cancelled due to high winds and rain, I was immediately contacted and given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We certainly did not want to miss out so we opted to try again a couple days later. I am SO glad we did! From the moment we pulled up to the marina, we were treated lile royalty! The entrie crew (Captain Martin, Jessica, Omar, Angel & Miguel) were FANTASTIC!!!!! The food was great and the drinks kept coming! We anchored the boat in 2 different locations and had a blast with the water toys. It was the perfect way to end our vacation! It was so great that we extended our 5-hour charter to 7 hours. We definitely plan on booking again in the future!

Amazing Crew! - Our crew was Cristina, Vicente, Jorge and another great gentleman that took super good care of us. We had 6 girls total and we came to Tulum for a bachelorette party. First off, we were supposed to be 8 but only 6 ended up showing and they immediately offered to reduce the price accordingly; we left it the same. One of our guests felt sick and they had no problem taking care of us & going back to drop off a guest. They are super good & friendly and highly recommend.

Tulumbout31 Unforgettable Yacht Experience - This was beyond my expectations! Great service from the start to the end! Customer service and frequent communication was excellent before arrival. The vessel was exactly as pictured on the website. We received endless appetizers and cocktails. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, I was disappointment to discover that the survey that I completed a week before the cruise was not shared with the staff onboard. They were not aware of my food selections, additional request OR the fact that it was my birthday. I was disappointment but I am a pretty flexible person, so I went with the flow and the staff was accommodating. I would definitely recommend the yacht experience to others; however, I would caution to follow up with the yacht staff and sales before boarding about special requests.
