When making a booking for this trip, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It’s that easy!

Once you arrive at cancun, clear customs and please proceed to the exit of the building. You will pass through the timeshare, car rental, and taxi area. Please avoid the exit marked “Family and Friends” and take the exit to the designated “Tour Operators” area. Look for our airport representative, who will be waiting for you with a distinctive Mexico Travel Solutions sign. Our staff will be easily identifiable with a white shirt, navy blue collar and sleeves, MTS logo on the upper left side, multicolored MTS flower on the right side of the waist, and navy blue pants. Our representative will warmly welcome you and guide you to the assigned unit. Please note that the unit has a waiting time of 20 to 60 minutes to coordinate with the remaining passengers.

Good Experience for First Timers - We traveled to Mexico (Playa Del Carmen) from the US for the first time a few weeks ago. Prior to going I did some research on MTS in order to set expectations of us needing transportation in a foreign country. Here's our review... Airport Pick-Up: We booked the shuttle as an add-on when firming up hotel arrangements through Expedia. MTS provided a confirmation email and we also downloaded the WhatsApp just in case we had to make phone calls when we arrived. Coming into the Cancun Airport you will be shuffled through customs and baggage claim. Once you get your bags then you enter what is referred to as the "shark tank". This is the outside section for passenger pickup. You really need to keep walking and not pay attention to any of the noise - keep moving until you hit roughly the middle section/almost curb. If you booked with MTS you should see employees in MTS blue/white polos (MTS was on their shirts) with clipboards who speak both Spanish and English. You then "check-in" and get you name crossed off the list. Once your ride is ready they will direct you to the curb. We had to wait about 10-15 mins for the shuttle we booked to arrive so they advised we stand off to the side with some others also waiting. Once the shuttle arrived - the driver confirmed the hotel, took our bags and put them into the back for us. It was a smooth and easy drive from our perspective. Note: We arrived late at night so my experience may look different than those who arrived in the prime part of the day. For example, we did see the MTS desk at the airport but followed the directions on the confirmation and passed it by to meet the reps in the pickup area. Airport Drop-Off: We called the customer service number on our booking confirmation and firmed up the time we should expect our airport shuttle to arrive at the hotel. Though our flight wasn't until 1PM, they wanted us at the lobby waiting by 9:20AM. I think we waited until roughly 9:30-9:45AM. The earlier time did not bother us as we wanted to leave plenty of room in our schedule to get settled into an airport we weren't familiar with at the time. The shuttle came a bit late but within a reasonable window estimated from the estimation and it was a smooth drive for drop-off. Summary: Looking over prior reviews I was a bit apprehensive and was prepared to get a Taxi if needed (pulled out some cash prior to our Cancun flight) but both pickup and drop off was really smooth. Something else that may be helpful to understand as a first-timer is shuttles not being 100% on time seems to be normal. We had multiple excursion transports running late/early depending on their other routes. Keep to what they give you but prep just in case (print outs, phones charged, snapping a photo of your reservation in case your cell service is not great). Expect some window of wiggle room before you start to worry too much! Hope it helps and enjoy your trip :)

Travicons for your airport/resort transport - Private round trip airport transfer with Travicons is the best! Our arrival date changed by one day due to the hurricane. There was not problem with changing our pick up, they were very accommodating. William picked us up at the airport to take us to our resort. He was there to greet us as we walked out of the airport. We had champagne waiting for us and we were able to enjoy it on our ride to the resort. Bernardo was our driver on our return from the resort to the airport. Again, he was on time, very pleasant. The drivers also make sure we are comfortable, temperature wise, on our ride. The vehicles are comfortable, spacious. The entire process is seamless. Contact Travicons!

Great Time - They were there waiting as soon as the group was together we were off, fast and friendly directly to the lobby of our resort. Tips pay attention to the direction after you book, when you step out the airport there will be a ton of transport picking up, look for the polos they describe. I would book book airport pick up and drop off at the same time

Great Transportation from CUn Airport to Yucatan Hotels - Great Service. MTS (Mexico Transposrt Solutions) Representatives met me at Terminal T3 CUN at the designated spot and very friendly. A vehicle was assigned to me in less than 15 minutes. Driver was very friendly and dropped me at the Hotel Riu Costa Mujeres at the designated time for my check in process. Will use Viator/MTS again during my trip to Yucatan Peninsula again and definitely recommend +++++ Service

Unacceptable wait time - When I arrived in Cancun and made my through customs, it was challenging trying to locate a representative. When I finally found them and confirmed my reservation, there was a 30 minute wait in the HOT - 92 degree weather. When I inquired about the pick up time the RUDE representative advised 25-30 minutes. If we had to wait, offer cold water. As I stand there and wait, I. Watch the other transportation company escort their guest right to their vehicles.

Poor Scheduling and Customer Service - They scheduled the return trip to the airport way too early. The Cancun airport policy is to not check in bags before 3.5 hours before departure. They obviously know this, but did not inform us of this. Because we were picked up from our resort so early we had to wait in the check-in area, where there are no chairs, for an hour before we could even check in our bags. This was not appreciated. When I contacted their customer service they were dismissive, evasive, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.

No Customer Service - The pick up went well, however there is no commination after the drop regarding pick up time. No email no call from them, the customer service is terrible. I made several calls sent an emails with no response. I finally was able to call in the day of my departure date to learn I was going to be picked up a few hours later. I worked with Amstar that answered my call and I was able to reschedule my daughters pick. Moving forward I would use Amstar, they tell you what time they will be picking you up.

Listen to the other reviews...do not use! - Mexico Travel Solutions is a total scam! And don't be fooled, they go by other names that all fall within the same umbrella: SuperShuttle Express, Speedy Shuttle, and who knows how many others. If at any point in the booking you see the name Mexico Travel Solutions or MTS, stay away. We booked two separate pick-ups for our group since we were coming from two separate locations. The pickup for my parents never arrived. The airport staff even drove them around to the different terminals to see if they'd maybe gone to pick them up at a different one. None of the numbers we had for them worked so they were impossible to reach. Our resort even said they are notorious for not answering calls from foreign numbers. My parents had to pay $120 for a taxi, which MTS refused to refund. For the return trip to the airport, I made sure to call ahead (from the resort phone) and make sure they were going to pick us up. I explained what happened upon arrival and they didn't even apologize, they just said they'd be there to pick us up the next day at 7am, to be at the hotel entrance by 6:50am. When they hadn't shown up again by 7:40am, we were forced to once again call a taxi. They said we would be getting reimbursement, but when Expedia tried to reach out to them for confirmation, they never responded. All in all, terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible experience. ¡Mexico Travel Solutions es una estafa! No se dejen engañar, también usan otros nombres que pertenecen a la misma compañía: SuperShuttle Express, Speedy Shuttle, y quién sabe cuántos más. Si en cualquier momento al hacer la reservación ven el nombre Mexico Travel Solutions o MTS, no lo usen. Nosotros hicimos dos reservaciones ya que nuestro grupo venía de dos ubicaciones. El transporte para mis padres nunca llegó por ellos al aeropuerto. El personal el aeropuerto hasta los llevaron a las diferentes terminales por si los estaban esperando en otra terminal, nada. No nos contestaban a ninguno de los números de teléfono que nos habían dado, era imposible comunicarse con ellos. De hecho, nuestro hotel hasta dijo que tienen fama de no contestar llamadas de números extranjeros. Mis padres tuvieron que pagar $120 por un taxi y MTS se negó a dar un reembolso. Para el viaje de regreso al aeropuerto me aseguré de llamar (desde el teléfono del hotel) para asegurarme de que nos fueran a recoger. Les expliqué lo que había sucedido con mis papás y nadie se disculpó, solo nos aseguraron que iban a estar en el hotel al siguiente día a las 7am, y nos indicaron que estuviéramos en la entrada para las 6:50am. DO NOT book a shuttle with MTS - Similar experience to many other recent travelers who left reviews. I would not recommend booking this shuttle with Mexico Travels Solutions to hopefully prevent others from facing similar issues. After confirming my paid booking to return to the Cancun airport in advance, the shuttle never showed up. We waited for 30 minutes before deciding to call a taxi to get to the airport on time. The hotel staff helped us by calling Mexico Travel Solutions for an update on the situation (3 times may I add) and nobody answered. I also tried texting and calling the virtual concierge on Whats App and no response. I did email customer service explaining the situation but based on other's recent experiences, I am unfortunately not expecting a response or follow-up. I will also add that we booked this shuttle as an "add-on" to our package via Expedia. I am not sure if this is the preferred shuttle service for Expedia but if it is, I would recommend that you find another option through a different company. We simply booked this shuttle service for convenience (because it was added to our Expedia package costs), but in hind sight, I should have read these numerous (and very recent) negative reviews shared by others before booking. Lastly, I will add that the taxi service to the airport was fantastic. A very similar cost to a one-way shared shuttle service (likely more if you upgrade to private shuttle service and a taxi ride is always private with no other stops) and the driver was also very friendly and efficient. He showed up at the hotel 5 minutes after they called for a taxi and we got to the airport fairly quickly, but still safely. So, in the future, I will likely go with a taxi service as that was much more efficient and reliable.

Never showed up - Avoid at all cost, unreliable company that has zero customer service. We ordered transfer service through Expedia and when we landed in Cancun, the transfer was nowhere to be found. No representatives either. They don’t respond to calls.
