Best experience / highly recommended - This company and his driver Yair were extremely punctual, professional and I was completely at ease riding with them from Cancun airport to our destination. Great experience - The experience was great. Driver was on time and easy to find. Orlando let us know a lot about the area along the way.

Great service! - We had our airport to resort trip booked through our travel agent. The night before, the texted us info of where to meet the driver and there he was with my name on a sign. Somehow the return got missed in the travel agent booking. They made it easy to rebook via text and were super responsive. Both drivers were friendly, safe and told us the best place to get tacos in Playa del Carmen. They had cool, comfortable vans and both trips we had were a piece of cake!

Excellent!!!! - I loved the experience, the excellent treatment and the wonderful service, I highly recommend it, totally experts, the drivers attentive, friendly and very good punctuality I highly recommend it!!!! Taxi Review -Lone Female - Fantastic service. As a lone female, I felt very safe taking a taxi from Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen and most important the taxi driver (Hector) spoke English and had a super clean car. Hector was very amusing with his stories. Claudia the boss of the company, was also fantastic. Thank you. I shall continue ue to use the service of this taxi company.

Gracias José!!! - I have 0 complaints about Surfing on the Road Transfers. Professional, clean vehicles, on time, and Jose is the best! He stopped so we could get drinks and snacks for the ride from the airport to Akumal and I loved chatting with him the whole way. Cannot say enough good things about this company but especially Jose. I will book with them again when I come back!

Excellent to way ride from Cancun Airport to playa delcarmen - We had a great experience getting picked up by Daniel who was wayti g for us at Airport with a happy smile and very professional uniform he was so attentive and took over our luggage ..directed us to a beautiful clean black highlander opened my wifes door and loaded all bags and suitcases such nice treatment introduced us to our surroundings and gave us great information . On our way back we got picked up by late model Tahoe so nice and jose luis was amazing and very professional and so funny we loved him . Coordinated by Claudia at head office you all did such a great job thank you. My advise to all is dont cheap out is your holiday and is so nice to get pampered highlie recommend this team to take you on all your needed places please keep up the great work. Happy travels .

Nice ride but confusing communication - Drivers and vehicles were excellent. I did have a very hard time confirming my return trip. Was unsure when or if I would be picked up at my hotel. I wanted and paid for a 9:30 private ride from my hotel. I received a text that said I would be picked up at 10:20 with a shared ride. At 9:10 I was picked up by an excellent driver in a very nice shuttle van and given a private trip to the airport. At 10:20 I received a text that another vehicle was waiting at the hotel. I was already at the airport. All turned out well but I was never sure what was going on. Thanks for the nice rides!

So so experience - My compliments to Hector the driver that picked me up from Cancun international airport. He is the one highlight and positive of doing business with this company. I have paid for two people round-trip and was gladly charged that amount. Unforeseeable I did have to arrange for a second pick up at the airport as the other person‘s flight was canceled. I was told that there would be no problem with this and nothing was mentioned of an additional pick up charge. The driver that dropped the second party off at the resort the next day demanded payment and when I told him I could only pay with credit card told me that he was unable to do that as he did not have A terminal. He then demanded tip for driving a passenger to the resort. I am still unsatisfied with the fact that I was now charge for three trips round-trip on this last vacation. I will definitely be looking for other sources of transportation in the future.

Driver never showed - If I could give this a 0 score I would. I made the reservation in hopes that I would be picked up and taken to my destination. Not only did the driver not show up there was no response given when I reached out through the instant messenger chat. After some time I had to pay more money to another service in order to get to my destination. To make this a better experience there should be consistent communication between the driver and the passenger. For example if the driver is on the way there should be an alert stating that. If the driver is at the destination there should be an alert stating that they’re there instead of having individuals pay money upfront and not know if they’re going to be picked up. When I reached out to customer service they were apologetic about the experience that I had. At the moment my claim for a refund is up for review, and hopefully the company will do what’s right by refunding me my money for a service that wasn’t provided.
