Great tour company, good experience, read review for added information:) - We did Tulúm, cenote, and Akumal. Tulum —was nice, the guide there was very informative, and although it was very hot it was nice. Cenote— was amazing. Water was cold which was nice after the hot Tulum. Enreke gave an amazing tour of it, he was very attentive to the group and very informative. Akumal—- wasn’t the best… so we had a group of people who never snorkeled before and had no clue what they were doing and the guides ( only ones allowed to wear fins) took off at a fast pace leaving the inexperienced snorklers freaking out. I ended up spending a lot of my time calming the inexperienced down and explaining how to snorkel 🤿, I even had to give up my personal equipment to a person to help them.. from what I was told after some of them did see and enjoy the 🐢, for me it and my wife it was more of us doing the job of the guides The lunch was simple but very good. Staff did a great job at feeding everyone The van driver was also very kind and did a great job The guide Enreke was amazing and one of the best guides I have had ( we have done a lot of tours in Mexico) Bring: water, umbrella for shade, towel, swimsuit, water shoes, mask and snorkel, money for things and tip Don’t bring fins , bug spray Make sure to apply sunscreen before pick up Only thing I would change is.. at the Cenote is great place to hand out masks and snorkel and teach people how to use the equipment before arriving at Alumel I would recommend this company
