Isla Contoy, snorkeling and Isla mujeres. A wonderful experience. If you love the ocean and animals. - We were picked up by Alex and Alejandro. Always on time. The trip went quickly and in no time we were at the departure jetty for our trip to Isla Contoy. It really is a paradise there. The wild animals such as turtles, iguanas, rays are everywhere. The island is a real paradise for wildlife. Recommended. The lunch we had there was great. Delicious food. Then on the boat and snorkeling on the reef. A beautiful experience. I would have liked to do this a little longer. Finally, we continued to Isla Mujeres. Personally, I thought this was the least of the day. Pushy sellers everywhere, not really a beautiful island. We had something to eat and drink in a bar, after which the boat went back to the mainland. All in all a beautiful day. Recommended.

One last!!!!!! - Tremendous excursion!! Visiting Contoy has been an unbeatable experience. I make a special mention of the guides Alexandra, Alex and Sergio, who have taken care of us and have shown great respect for nature. It's been tremendously fun. If I returned to Cancun I would repeat this excursion without hesitation!

Very nice experience with exceptions - Isla Contoy is a paradise experience and promises what you would expect!!! You can skip the subsequent trip to Isla Mujeres (harbor). You can't swim, snorkel or just enjoy the island. Nevertheless, the whole trip is a very nice experience.

Book with Ocean Tours! Best day of our vacation. - This was the best day of our trip! The staff was friendly, fun, and dedicated to making sure we had a great experience. Unlike other tours we went on during our vacation, Ocean Tours wasn't constantly harassing us for tips or trying to sell us overpriced souvenirs. Unfortunately, we discovered the day before that my toddler gets sea sick and my wife decided to stay at home with her. To our surprise, Ocean Tours was willing to refund us for her ticket despite the last minute cancellation. The staff picked us up in the morning, provided snacks and drinks the entire day, made a delicious buffet lunch of fresh fish and bbq chicken, and took us to Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres. Isla Contoy is a must see. The beach is fantastic and you have practically the whole beach to yourself. Ocean Tours gave us a great walking tour of the island and took us snorkeling nearby. While I wish we had more time and freedom for snorkeling, the experience was exactly as advertised. I would highly recommend Ocean Tours and look forward to booking another trip with them

Absolutely recommended! - Stefan and his team did everything to ensure that we had an unforgettable day. You can tell how much fun they have in their job. In summary: great service, great atmosphere, great team + crew, small group! The lunch was very good, I have rarely eaten such good fresh fish. Isla Contoy is definitely worth a trip! You have to visit it, it is hard to put into words how incredibly beautiful this island is!! We were very disappointed with Isla Mujeres. It is advertised so much, it was absolutely not for us. But since the day was otherwise perfect and the team cannot be blamed for what Isla Mujeres is like, we give this trip full marks and absolutely recommend it!

definitely recommendable - So we went on this tour on April 23rd, 2024. We were a bit skeptical at first because we were the only ones from our hotel and there were also French holidaymakers on our boat. But that turned out to be no problem. Our guide and the French guide complemented each other perfectly. Even the boat trip to the island of Contoy was pure fun. Our guide always endeavored to make the trip as good as possible. We would go on a trip with him again at any time.

An unforgettable experience - If like me you are traveling alone, this is the ideal excursion: small group, friendly atmosphere and heavenly landscapes. I recommend Joaquin and Tlaltemoatonali who are passionate and fascinating guides. They will also take great photos for you ;) Usually I am not a fan of excursions because I find that there is never enough time to enjoy the places but here the balance of free time and explanations was perfect. PS: thank you to the team for the hearty and delicious meal.

Isla Contoy is a paradise - We had a great time with Ocean Tours. We joined their Isla Contoy and Isla Mujeres with snorkeling tour after being with them in Tulum. The Tulum ruins and cenote adventure tour was great so we had the same expectations and our guide didn’t disappoint. However, we found this tour quite expensive for what it offered. Especially for our teenagers aged 13 and 15 who don’t drink alcohol, paying the same amount as an adult was not reasonable. Isla Contoy is a paradise! Pristine and beautiful. We enjoyed our time there. The lunch was good but not enough. It ran out very quickly and hardly anyone in our group had a chance to have more. The snorkeling was very rushed and not colourful at all. Isla Mujeres was overcrowded and having only one hour there it makes you feel stressed and overwhelmed. Overall we believe it was overpriced but we surely loved Isla Contoy!

Overall fun time! - Had a great time overall! Susanna was a wonderful guide and very knowledgable and kind. We started off at Isla Contoy which is a beautiful island with clear blue water and not crowded. We also had our lunch here and while they say they have vegetarian options if you inform them of it beforehand, they really don't. All you can have as a vegetarian is their guacamole and chips and salad, which isn't really a meal. Would've liked some more time to snorkel because it was only 30 mins out of the whole day. Would've liked to see more fish but we saw a nurse shark which was cool! Isla Mujeres is quite crowded and touristy which isn't anything new but it's not what my family enjoys so we wouldn't have minded skipping it. Would recommend this experience overall!
