I recommend the agency, incredible tour. - They were punctual and attentive. The tour was incredible, the only observation, we arrived at a time when the sun was very strong, before the tour I asked for guidance on what to take and I didn't have the necessary guidance, about sun protection, wearing a hat and so on. And there are costs for using cameras. I recommend the agency.

Hot - Hot wear hat and bring water. Simon was very knowledgeable about the place and very passionate about saving the remaining structures

Read my review if you want the Truth. - Everything was great. But I think the tour guide Francisco talked too much for Chichén Itzá Because we didn’t have a lot of time to do our own thing seeing everything at the site. Prepare for possible rain. Bring an extra change of clothes and towels for the Cenote. Bring snacks and extra lunch because they give you a small plate at the “buffet” and you only can go once. And it’s a LONGG bus ride. We started at 8 and got back at 7-8pm. The tour guide talks too much and we spend more time listening than seeing what we came to see.

Value for money, Chichen itzá a must see... - The most memorable part of the trip was Cenote Sagrado (stay was too short) and Chichen itzá. Definitely a must for any visitor to the area.

Visit to a wonder of the world - Guided tour to Mayan temple and ruins of Chichen Itza, a Cenote and historic town of Valladolid. + Offered "timely" pick up from our hotel in hotel zone. + Guide was informative and professional. + Bus was new, air conditioned, had usb charging port and toilet. + All sites visited were beautiful and just enough time was given to explore. - They take you to a shopping plaza for ticket check, paying tax/pending amount, give wrist bands and assign tour bus. This is unnecessary and waste of around 1 hour. - This is just a booking company. There are many of these here on Expedia and online in general. Actual tour operators are different. Tips: > Chichen Itza can get extremely sunny, hot and dry. Sunscreen, hats, umbrella, appropriate clothing and shoes are recommended. Lots of water as well. > Check for tax and other additional charges when booking. It's mentioned under description, inclusions and other sections on the website. > While most places accept USD, exchange rates are poor and you end up paying $1-2 extra for every $5 spent. > Carry change, $1 bills if you plan on buying souvenirs, snacks, drinks etc. Hawkers won't give you change. > Souvenirs at Chichen Itza are extremely cheap if you know how to bargain. $10 listed item goes for $3-4. > Be respectful. It's a temple and a protected reserve. Hefty fine for violations including trying to climb the pyramid.

Great trip to Chichen Itza! - We had a great trip to Chichen Itza! But I would suggest bringing a hat and umbrella as it gets very hot! Also the cenote is amazing! It’s one of the most beautiful cenotes I’ve been to. I would suggest skipping the town if you can because it’s a short stop and pretty tiring by the end of the day of a 12 hour trip.

Take the public bus instead - Both guides were great. But the trip took 14 hours and we got back so late we could barely get dinner. The experience felt very long, long, unnecessary waits to get lunch so that we would buy more, long waits to check in in the morning etc. They told us we owed 38$ USD a person (which was accurate) but wouldn't accept USD and charged us an exchange of 45$ if we paid in Mex pesos or another upcharge if we used a credit card. Would definitely recommend just taking the public bus instead of a tour. Much cheaper, less waiting and the buses run really efficiently, are safe and incredibly comfortable.

Never Again - I read many reviews before going on this tour and I have to agree with the TWO biggest things that I didn't like about the trip: it was extremely long and it did sorta feel like tourist traps. Tour supposedly started around 7:30am but wasn't picked up until 8:15am. Then we stopped at several other hotels to pick up more people; then taken to a mall area where everybody exited the bus to go pay an additional $60 plus for taxes for this trip. Then shortly after, we were herded back on different buses to begin the trip; which was a little after 12noon and returned to the hotel around 9pm just way too long. In addition, the Cenote was interesting but too short, but plenty of people trying to sell you things. Every place you are being bombarded with BUY BUY BUY - while riding the bus you are told stories about the Mayans history, but it's nothing but a setup for the tourists traps.

Urgent: Report on Inappropriate Behavior of Raymond Aguirre Ponce - Immediate Attention Required - Hello, I would like to file a complaint about Raymond Aguirre Ponce regarding a tour to Chichen Itza, Cenote Sagrado and Valladolid on 12/20/23. I apologize if my translation is not perfect. I have used Google and know that it can sometimes have limitations. The original English version is below. I personally consider Raymond inappropriate to be a tour guide, much less in the vicinity of unsuspecting women. I am absolutely disgusted by this man and his behavior. I recommend that you be fired immediately for the following reasons: Boundary violator: 1. He directly applied a sticker to a woman's breast, who was shocked and gasped. 2. He talked about how to say "big tits" in Spanish to the tour group shortly after the incident mentioned above. 3. He gave some dating advice to a girl, including: "we'll make love at 8 tonight." 4. He called a young tourist the nickname "beautiful" in front of her surprised parents. 5. He told the same tourist he had called "beautiful" before about a phrase to conquer women in Mexico: **"We tell them we throw them in the trash, then we pick them up. In other words, we will have sex." **This was the last straw: I confronted him about it and he tried to touch me to comfort me. Terrible tour guide: *He provided nonsensical explanations on Chichen Itza and proceeded to share irrelevant and random anecdotes (for example, showing on his very small phone a small blue dot/"spirit" that he sees every time he visits Chichen Itza). I am simply horrified that they hired a man like that for this job, someone who talks openly about topics inappropriate for young children in the crowd and, more importantly, someone who puts women in incredibly uncomfortable situations. This is an absolute abuse of power.
