Awesome family experience - Such a cool experience. Martin and Daphne were the best. Daphne took amazing pictures for all of us. I just wish it was a bit longer. My 2-year-old had a blast, hearing her excitement made it ALL worth it.

Great Experience - My husband and I booked this excursion for our honeymoon. We wound up being the only two on the boat and had an amazing time together. Our captain was born and raised in Isla Mujeres and knew exactly where to take us to see the cool sights and wildlife. Our tour guide was friendly, knowledgeable, cared about safety, and made sure we had a great time. We got some awesome photos out of the experience and would highly recommend this trip to others!

Fun boat adventure with great pictures of the water! - My husband and I tried this hour tour and we really enjoyed it! The staff was very nice, specially Lalo the main guy who was friendly, provided great information, and he is the best photographer guide ever! The took us to spots in the water to be able to see the bottom of the ocean. I do recommend it, it was fun. I just wish there was a longer version of that.

An Isla Mujeres Must Do! - This was an incredible experience!! I didn't have high expectations - as a solo traveler I mostly was just hoping to get a few good photos. The one hour ride far exceeded anything I imagined. Through the bottom of the boat we saw enormous, beautiful turtles, stingrays, coral, and more. Our captain, Alan, and guide, Alberto, were friendly and knowledgeable. They kept everyone safe and having fun. Huge shout out to Alberto for making sure everyone got AMAZING pictures, including by suggesting poses to suit your comfort level. 10/10 would recommend!

No regrets , just book it. - This tour exceeded our expectations, the tour guide was wonderful and knowledgeable. He also gave us so many poses for the pictures. My friends and I had a great time. Would definitely recommend !

Beautiful blue Caribbean Sea!! - We visited Cancun the last week of May 2024. (Not a good idea.) At that time, it was exceedingly hot and humid; almost 100% humidity. Our uber driver had no idea where this EnvaTours building but he was so helpful in that he called EnvaTours and they directed him where to bring us. Before we got there, police prevented us from reaching our destination by blocking off the road. Despite the head & humidity, we walked about 4 blocks searching for EnvaTours. We finally found it in a non-descript building. Inside there was little air conditioning and nowhere to sit down to rest after our hot walk. The young woman who received us was civil but not pleasant and gave us our wristbands for the excursion. For the readers’ knowledge, the "glass-bottom" boat is actually made of plexiglass but had been maintained relatively free of scratches. Inside the boat we viewed colorful fish, seagrass, turtles and beautiful blue Caribbean water. It was a pleasant ride, and we observed the children on the ride truly had a great time, looking down through the boat at the sea life!!!

Unique experience - This was a unique experience. We saw one turtle, one manta ray and several fish. Would have liked to spend more time finding sea creatures than taking pictures but the pictures are pretty cool.

Not cool - It got canceled do to weather and now I have to wait 7 days to get my money back, don't find it far .

Wasn’t able to art... - Wasn’t able to art because hotel wouldn’t allow the Uber driver on the property. Reached out to you guys to try and reschedule or get a refund and couldn’t. Then afterwards you claimed that you waited for us when we were already told that the ride had already started.
