TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - We hired the excursion in Playa Del Carmen to Cenote, Valladolid, and Chichén Itzá. Bus 911, I don't remember the guide's name. Starting with the guide who was completely useless, he gave incoherent information, he did not explain things in a way that had an introduction, but rather he was releasing information without an order in order to understand the place; Furthermore, he mixed languages that the explanation was already incomprehensible, because he didn't know English either, and he invented words. In Valladolid we only got off the bus and saw the church, and back on the bus, leaving no time to walk around. They should inform the agency in advance which cenote they are visiting, because there are better ones, so they can choose. It should be noted that they left a pregnant girl and her partner there, they only waited 20 minutes without trying to locate them; It was horrible, I wish I had hired someone else. Not recommended.
