Party boat - Great time on catamaran to Isle Mujeres. Drinks kept flowing. Spinner was awesome. First time saw this experience. My kid’s & husband tried it and had a blast. Plenty of food and included drinks for lunch. Beautiful beach. Water was crystal clear and no sea grass. Guide took us to get massages right on the beach. After we got back on boat and started sailing, we took a quick stop to get back in the water. Best trip and will definitely do it again

You wont regret it! - You will have THE best time! Their communication in regards to pick up was fantastic! When I told them that I couldnt get to the lobby, they arranged the driver to pick me up directly! When you arrive to the dock - they do ask you to pay $800 MXN peso plus a tax $300 MXN pesos so be prepared for that! otherwise, It was very fulfilling tour - Pancho and his crews were efficient and cant beat an Open bar type of tour! I went on this tour alone but they were so welcoming! they also ask you to pay for golf cart rental once you get to Isla Mujeres! It was about another $500 peso but u share it with 4 ppl! there were tequila testing and everything!

Fun boat ride - We had so much fun on this excursion, I didn’t walk in with very high hopes but it exceeded everything! Our guides Eric, Nancy, Gerald, and there were 3 others i can’t remember their names, were awesome and made the whole thing unforgettable! Make sure you take sunscreen, and cash to tip them!

An okay trip but know all the details first! - The experience was okay. Our children were with us and we wanted a new experience for them. Our expectations of the trip were not what we experienced. After paying $50 per person for additional dock fees (be prepared to pay the 3% fee to use a credit card) we left on a small catamaran. We traveled for a little bit before snorkeling in a pretty congested area with several other boats for only about 30 minutes. The next hour was spent traveling to the island. We ate at an outdoor restaurant buffet (it was okay) and was given time to explore. We then traveled to another portion of the island via boat to shop. This part was a shock to us. As we left Isla Mujeres, we stopped anchor on an area where the water was clear and fairly shallow. We were given about 30 minutes to swim around and play. Almost back to shore, we stopped and gave people the chance to "parasail" on a much lower scale. The trip was not awful but most of the day was spent docked for free time or shopping. Our favorite part was the snorkeling which was the shortest part of the excursion. For approximately $100 per person, we were super disappointed that we didn't get to spend more than about 30 mins to snorkel.

Fun crew but unsafe - Staff was helpful. Cruz was awesome! Hard worker, really strives to make sure everyone is OK and having a good experience. However, organizing people to get on board was chaotic and ran very late. There were several safety concerns: holes on the netting/fabric at the prow where some were sitting that ripped to even bigger holes while we were halfway across. The fence on the sides was wire rather than railing, making it slippery and dangerous to get from front to back. Also the floor was slippery - a couple people fell and hurt themselves. One of our group broke her toe because someone fell on her. Along with that, it would be good to have a policy in place to NOT continue serving alcohol to people who are clearly already intoxicated. The beach where we went to swim was full of boats and right next to the marketplace, too, so if you're really into a beach experience, this isn't for you. We would also say that if you're crowd-averse, this is probably not for you, either. Beware of the hidden fees!!! We were charged $27 pp initially, but when we get there we had to pay taxes and fees which were another $50! On top of that was $200 pesos for parking and 10% for paying with your card. Still, the boat trip each way was beautiful. The buffet that was included was more than adequate, and tasty, too. It was nice to have free bathrooms and the option to either shop or swim. If you don't want to plan your own trip and figure out what to do, and they hopefully address the safety issues, this is probably a good package. However, if you want a good quality experience, taking the ferry, finding a good restaurant, and driving to a nicer beach might save you money and time, as well as providing a more enjoyable excursion to Isla Mujeres.

Never again - I have been on several catamaran trips. This by far was the worse one. From check in to docking there were several issues along the way. The staff was not attentive and the “open bar” was almost non existent. I would never book through this particular company again.
