Great private tour, with our captain and Erica. You have options on how to spend your time - we wanted to maximize snorkeling time, so our North Beach visit was deliberately shorter. While snorkeling, the captain comes into the water with you to guide you, which gave us great peace of mind. The variety and volume of fish at the reefs is amazing! Communication with JTB was also very good, with Karla providing any details needed. They were also flexible with our start time, which we appreciated. Some things that weren't entirely clear from my booking (through Paisly by Jet Blue) were 1) max capacity for guests is 8 people (advertisement mentions 10, but I guess that includes the JTB folks), 2) location is at the Marina right off the Boulevard, near the Puerto Madero restaurant (the provided link points to somewhere much farther north), 3) there is a $20 per person "docking fee" so be prepared to pay up to $160 additional. Finally, be careful with your fins; you'll get charged $40 for a pair if one or both go missing. Overall, though, I'd highly recommend. We felt safe and in good hands with the crew.
