Prompt, Friendly, and Professional! - Very friendly and prompt. The Happy Shuttle reservation instructions were very clear, and every individual that worked with us was very professional and friendly. Notably, our driver for our return transport, Carlos Gamas, was very kind, prompt, and personable. Highly recommend!

Easy and dependable - The booking process was very smooth online and also over the phone and the shuttle arrived on-time both ways.
Both Pablo and Primy were excellent and friendly drivers and allowed us to get to and from the airport worry-free.

Great service - Mario G was our driver. We were early at the hotel lobby for pickup and Mario was already there. He helped us load and unload luggage and offered a child seat to my child. His English was proficient and was very nice. Next time I will find him as our private driver
