Amazing and smooth transportation! - Happy Shuttle transportation is amazing! It is safe and extremely easy to book and understand the pick up instructions. The process for arrival and pick up were both quick and smooth. The drivers are all so helpful and kind! Diego Kantun was our driver to the airport and he was so sweet! If you are booking a trip and need transportation to your hotel, do yourself a favor and book with happy shuttle!

Hectic arrival but great transportation - First time going to Cancun with 2 different flights and airlines. We didn’t know there were multiple terminals at the airport. It was a little stressful trying to get to the other terminal to meet up with our daughter that took the different flight, not wanting to miss the transportation.
However, everything was fine and Diego was our driver. Quick easy drop off and Diego was a gentleman.

Hopefully you get Mario G. as your driver! - We knew we were in good hands the moment we walked up to our shuttle van and met our driver, Mario G. He had an exuberant smile and kind words as he welcomed us to Cancun. He loaded our bags and made sure all eight of us were comfortable in the air-conditioned van. As one of the few people in the group who have never been to Cancun, I sat in the front seat and Mario G. provided us some wonderful tour guide-esque information as we made our way to the resort, pointing out some landmarks and giving some history lessons. He was so friendly and all of us were hoping we would have him as our driver again for the ride back to the airport (we weren’t lucky with that one, but hopefully next time we will get him as our driver again!)
