Amazing family experience - This tour was amazing for our family. We are traveling with our 2 children (6 & 13) and it was awesome for all of us! Our tour guide, Mary was great also. The Ruins was a sight to see with all the unknown miraculous history, and the Cenote swim was a refreshing cool down after. Lunch was offered (you buy lunch, bring $) at the Cenote and was the best tacos we’ve had. Also, we were able to experience a Mezcal tasting at the Cenote as well. We accidentally left one of our bags on the bus when we were dropped off—the bag was returned to us the next day, untouched. Great company, amazing tour guides, I highly recommend!

Loved seing the Tulum... - Loved seing the Tulum ruins and the cenote was nice. Wish we would have had more free time at Tulum. It seemed really rushed. Save your lunch for the cenote. They had some great tasting tacos and burger, decently priced. The guide Jerry Garcia was nice but not very clear in some instances

Bring an umbrella - First half of tour was a bit rushed we didn't have time to do much not even to grab souvenirs. We had enough time being that it was scheduled to end at six and we were home by 4pm. Last half was leisure and relaxing

Not enough time at ruins - Everything started late with too many pickups. We didn't enter the Tulum ruins until 3 hours after our pickup, which was a loooong time just driving. Should have been only 90 minutes

Average experience - The cenote was the best part. I would not recommend this because you cannot explore the ruins, they are roped off. I did not understand my guide very well as he was going through his flip book rather fast. However the people that picked us up and drove the best, they were organized and explained things well. YOU NEED A HAT and LOTS of bug spray. please don't skimp out on getting bug spray.

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!! - This was by far the worst tour me and my partner booked. To star off the tour lady never gave us our access pass to get inside , she gave us two wrist bands that was fraudulent. She walked us inside to a store and said meet her back at the same location. She told us to go inside the Mayan. When we got to the gate the ticket people told us we had no access and she was no where to be found. We wanted to go inside after walking two miles to the ticket booth so we paid again . There was people on our tour who had to sit outside because she never gave us tickets we paid for. Do not be fooled by the 5 stars. We had to ask other tour groups questions on how to see everything because we did not have a tour guide with us. Again , she left us at the front of the part and told us to meet her back at the meeting point. We thought our bracelets gave us some type of access but it did not!!!! Do not book thus company.

Terrible Communication - We would have loved to go but the night before we received an email pushing our pick up time from 7:00 to 7:30. We even replied to the email confirming the new pick up time. We got to the pick up location at 7:20 but the driver had already come and left us. They would not come back to pick us up so we didn’t get to go. Terrible coordination made us miss out sightseeing.
