Dream experience - I was there with my girlfriend, the boat and kayak team was very kind and the experience was unforgetable. During the kayak tour, we saw the sea lion and a lot of caves. The coast tour to the lighthouse, André and Maria explain all about the nature and geology. For sure i will return again.

Great full day - Great day, lunch, lighthouse and kayak experience in a wonderful spot with a very professional crew. We had a small child (7 years) and she loved the experience.

Fun day trip on Ponta de São de Lourenço - In this day pack we had the opportunity to experience many things in a short amount of time. Due to the weather we skipped the snorkeling part, because after the insightful kayaking trip the cold had a grip on us. During the kayaking tour we learned many very interesting things about the island. Also, unfortunately due to the weather, the waves were quite big for us, since we aren’t used to the sea at all. If one has such conditions they should be comfortable in the water and ready for an adventurous ride. The guides on our kayaking trip were both very friendly and forthcoming, they always kept near to us in case we needed help. We were really happy that the restaurant had vegan, as well as vegetarian options available, which of course is included in the price. Since we skipped the snorkeling part, we had time to hike a bit on the scenic peninsula of Ponta de São Lourenço, which was a lot of fun. The last stop was the boat tour to the light house and the pigeon cave, the ride to former was a bit bumpy, again, due to the weather conditions, but a lot of fun. We saw the oldest elephant in the world (a rock in the shape of an elephant) 😉 We had a really good time, the only thing we would have liked different was a clearer picture on what was going on, because we never really knew what would happen next, but that might also be not an issue if you are a more spontaneous person than we are. Once, we asked what was about to happen, however, we always received a clear answer. Thanks

day pack nightmare - I would pay all again for NOT doing. Terrible service, all the good came from nature itself. Uncoordinated staff, rude, incapable to speak English. Late and improvised activities. We had to wait one hour for a boat trip, where we were told repeatedly that the boat will come any minute. It's nothing at all as shown in the pics. Zero safety instructions. Plus the vegan snack is a lie. They forgot we had selected the vegan option and only after we reminded them, improvised a sandwich which resumes to bread with tomato. When I tried to trade my juice for a chips bag the answer was "no".

Very expensive trip for basically nothing - Kayaking was okay, we had no guidance at all when it came to snorkelling. Staff looked like they couldn’t be less bothered to be there, and very unhelpful. The lighthouse trip is a joke, you are literally seated in a boat and look out to it from a far, that’s it. Only saving grace was João, a very kind young man who was the only part worth it of this trip. Not to mention I paid £55 in advance and the trip is 30€ if you buy it there LOL Incredibly disappointing!!

Tourist scam - The only good thing about the trip was marthe, our gide. She tried to make the best out of it for us

Very disappointing - Unfortunately, the trip was a disappointment. On the checklist, we did all included activities, but the experience itself was way below our expectations: 1. the so called guide for the kayak activity did not tell us anything about the area. It was kind of obvious that he actually hated to be there. 2. for the snorkelling activity they did not have the full equipment (there was one more couple with us and they received the only pair of flippers), there was no group activity (I bought the trip because I am afraid of doing snorkelling by myself), in order to get into the water the guy just pointed us to the right direction, but when we got there we found huge stones...which confused us even more 3. For the lighthouse trip, nobody knew at what time it will be, although in the end it was the best part of the trip 4. For lunch I even had an argument because apparently the guide from kayak should have given us a bottle of water (which he did not), we ordered at the terrace the water that was included in the pack and at the end they made us pay for it. After I argued with the organizers, I received the money for the water back though. The whole feeling was that they brought us there by boat and from there we were on our own (they did not feel the need to train their collaborators to make us feel we are in an organised trip or that we are valued customers). From our point of view (me, my husband and the other couple we met there), it's not worth the money.
