We invite the bravest to partake in an enchanting open-air journey around unnerving Canmore, directed by our informed interpretive guides.

- This tour requires a minimum of 4 participants.
- The tour is entirely outdoors. Please wear appropriate footwear (no heels or open toed shoes) and wear/bring warm clothes even in the summer months as the evenings can be cool.

I got a call a few hours... - I got a call a few hours before the tour to notify me that the tour was canceled as there was a mistake on the website and there was no tour happening in Canmore. I gave the rating that I did as it wasn't any one person's fault for the mistake and would love to attend a ghost walk in the future

Very fun! - Very fun experience and really good story telling. Highly recommend! The tour teaches you some history of canmore which is very interesting.

Worthwhile tour. - Very nicely paced tour of downtown Canmore with interesting stories, but also informative historical facts.

Fun ghost walk! - Great history of the town and it's haunted past! Our tour guide was definitely in her element so that was cool! Being that it's in Canada though, apparently you cannot point out exact dwellings of some of the stories so some exact locations aren't given- just general areas. Easy meetup location (get there early since there's only street parking in the area, which can take time to find). The pricing for the tour is definitely reasonable. Overall I had a wonderful time!

A Walk in the Dark - Max was an excellent guide! She is a great story teller and provides great detail of local history and stories. After this tour I will be looking over all my pictures from the area looking for ghosts! Thanks Max!

Spooktacular - We had a spooktacular time on the tour led by Mike this evening! Mike is a talented storyteller who made this tour educational while also sending chills down my spine.
We are grateful to have participated in this tour and it is clear that Canmore Ghost Walks shows the subjects of the stories the utmost respect.

Hands down best tour we've been on! - 100% recommend taking this tour amazing history Canmore has with spooky stories to follow. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic Sam you killed it ! Next time we are in this neck of the woods we will definitely be back. Thanks for an amazing evening we enjoyed learning the history behind this beautiful place.

A "Strange" Experience - We had one night left and found this great event. What a haunting way to end our vacation. Maxine Bennett, the owner, was the one who guided us on the tour. She was very knowledgably about Canmore and it's history and all the sightings that have occurred around town. She was very enthusiastic, full of energy and you could tell she loved what she was doing. She told great stories of the different spottings people have had or heard at the different locations. She has such a wide experience beyond her business. It was a fun time and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a "strange"experience" during their stay.
Due to the fact that we walked around outside no masks were required which was a bonus!!

Entertaining - Ren was so entertaining which made the walk entertaining. It was awesome to hear to stories. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. I would highly recommend it 👌 👍

Short on immersive historical storytelling - We booked a group of five on a recent weekend trip. Our guide was on time and did a good job keeping the group together and reminding everyone of safety rules, and performed in bad conditions when a sudden wet snowfall affected most of the walk. They also did their best to perform the script and put in good effort. Where the tour fell short of our expectations was the depth of historical detail in the script, and the quality of delivery, as I would have expected a performance on a similar level to a seasoned amateur actor, with tickets being $40 per person. We couldn’t recommend it as an immersive, engaging experience.
