• A 10-minute drive along the coast brings you to Cap Ferrat, a paradise peninsula where the rich and famous reside. On a hill among them stands the Villa and its nine thematic gardens, designed by Baroness Béatrice de Rothschild in 1912. This extraordinary woman, an art collector from a banking family, created these remarkable facilities that attract thousands of visitors annually. This jewel of French heritage, a luxurious Venetian-style palazzo on 17 acres, is now managed by the Academy of Fine Arts. The nine gardens showcase different styles: French, Florentine, Spanish, tropical, stone, Japanese, Provençal, and more.
