Not the adventure I was hoping for - I had a bad experience with Rio Aventura back in Jan of this year. I don't like to leave bad reviews but this company was super disorganised from the morning pick-ups to the onsite plans. After being at H&T office at 8:30am whilst everyone else got a pick-up, we finally departed Mendoza at 10 and started the fist activity in the afternoon which was zip-lining across a small river. We were the last 2 to go across and when i was told to go by the guy attaching the harnesses I went, except for he hadn't communicated with the guy at the other side! The person before me hadn't been taken off and came back on the rope and yep we collided. It was purely a lack of communication between the 2 staff members. I had to walk across the rickedy bridge bent over in pain. Marco the manager gave me water and organised a visit for us both to a local clinic and a taxi back to Mendoza. I got a full refund upon asking for it and spent the next 3 weeks in Argentina travelling with 2 broken ribs. I'm certain there are other more professional companies running adventure days on the river.
