Excellent agency - To start this tour we did not have it planned, in fact we had booked with a company called HIGH TOURS who were bad for us and to date have not shown their face. However, Nexxt tours and especially Ángel who was the one who helped us made us forget that bad time and we had an incredible time! A very responsible company, excellent service and attention. People like Ángel and this agency are what tourists and locals need. My husband and I are very grateful for everything.

Beware of fraud/cuidado! - (Spanish below) The experience was nice, but I was told there were no sunbeds with umbrellas and that the only option for shade was a balinese bed that cost 120.000 COP. I didn't want to burn so I booked one and to my surprise when I got there, there were umbrellas and the beds were free. I reached out asking for a refund and they refused, claiming that gave me "exclusivity to my bed" which was not needed given the multiple shade options. Would not book with them again. (ESP) La experiencia en sí todo bien, pero me dijeron que no había sombrillas ni sombras y que la única opción era una cama balinesa que costaba 120.000 COP. Al llegar a la playa, vi que me habían mentido: las camas tenían un coste 0, y había tumbonas con sombrilla. Les contacté pra que me devolviesen el dinero ya que es una cantidad significativa, y contestaban que eso era para darme "exclusividad" para la cama, nada que ver con lo que me habían contado antes. No contrataría con ellos de nuevo.

Carnival 2024 - There is no water to wash your hands or flush the toilet. Rude waiters, weak infrastructure, bad and cold food

Should have been a good day, had they picked us up.... - Should have been a great day at our port day offbthe cruise ship.... had they picked us up like the description said.... I'm sorry but I'm not happy at all with this company. It was not clear to us that we would have to take a 45 minute taxi ride to the other port in the center of the city from our cruise port terminal. We told them where we were docked on our cruise and the description of the tour indicated that we would have a shuttle service to and from our dock..... except it was not our dock but another one. And, when we found this out we were already too late for the tour and they wouldn't come get us and markedbus as a no show!!!! We never got to go and now they won't give us a refund. I feel this was very misleading and false advertising.  I am submitting this review for all other cruise travelors to beware in the future!!!!!
