Great experience with Alex the guide! - Everything was a great experience with our guide Alex! He did a fantastic job keeping everyone entertained when on the boat from island to island. He kept everyone informed of the itinerary and kept things moving along.

Trip with baby - We rented a private tour since we were traveling with a baby. Worse excursion ever!! - This was the worse activity during my stay in Cartagena. The tour guide that operates. This company is very greedy. This tour should have been canceled due to inclement weather. However, they proceeded the tour. The whole time it was raining and thundering. It was unsafe for the speedboat. My best friend was literally crying for her life, the whole tour, keep in mind this would have been a great tour if the weather permits because they are so greedy for money. They did not want to cancel it and everybody was soaked in rain throughout the whole tour. My sister is currently hospitalized due to this tour viator does not care if you even provide video and pictures evidence and this company lies and says everything was perfect when reality everything was not , if you want to do this tour, I would suggest maybe going with a company that has more experience. Oh yeah, there was a dead body or speedboat ran over in the tour.
