Reliable, On Time and What we Ordered - From the start Mr. Luis promptly responded to WhatsApp questions, and then sent an invoice for the 50% deposit The day before pick-up and transfer from Barranquilla to Cartagena he sent the drivers name and cell, license plate and photo of the car. Carlos was waiting for us as we exited the airport to safely transport us in a large vehicle which we requested and was also owned by Carlos We used Carlos again to return to Cartagena airport early in the morning and were very happy with the services provided by both Mr. Luis and Carlos

Planning our transportation services in advance of our trip helped us to have a terrific experience in Colombia. - We went to Colombia for a week with a group of 8 people. We wanted to ensure that we had our transportation planned. Luis and his team were very reliable! The vehicles were clean and for the most part the drivers were good. The service is a little more expensive than others but there is value in having your transportation planned when you have a larger group. Luis coordinate our pick up at the airport, taking us to Barranguilla, then returning us to Cartagena. He also arrange for a boat to take us to the Rosario Islands and bring the group back to the airport upon our return.

On-time - Friendly driver that stayed in communication with me from the time I booked reservation til pick up and on-time.

Nice Driver - but Late - The driver was nice, but he was late picking us up. We stood outside the airport for 20 minutes waiting for him to arrive.

Disappointed - After coming through customs and arriving at the ground transportation area there was no one waiting with a sign, there was no one there at all to take my wife and I to our hotel. Called the provided number and go nowhere, so ended up just taking a taxi. Will definitely be requesting a refund. Not the way you want to begin vacation, but won’t let it ruin it either.

Not worth upgrade - I ordered a premium experience for my airport transfer. A small Peugeot vehicle transported me. The only difference to the local cab was the color of the vehicle. Just didn’t get it!
